Obituary: Leeila Poivre, 62, of Iowa Park passed away , 17, 2015. Services will be held at 3:00 PM , 20, 2015 at the chapel of Hampton Vaughan with Mike Rucker officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Poivre was born 27, 1952 in San Antonio, TX to her parents, Joseph A. Fox, Jr. and Edwina Fox. She was a near lifelong resident of the Wichita Falls area and was a member of Bible Baptist Church here. She married Tommy Poivre on 24, 2000 in Wichita Falls and together, they raised his children. Leeila was a faithful employee and a loving wife, mother, step-mother and grandmother. She leaves behind not only family, but many friends who will miss her. Leeila was preceded in death by her father, Joe A. Fox, Jr.; a brother, Cody Gene Fox and a sister, Sandra Kay Fox. Surviving are her husband, Tommy Poivre of Iowa Park; mother, Edwina Fox of Wichita Falls; a son, David Bruton and wife Tammy of Sherman, TX; step-children, Jon Poivre and Jessica Poivre, both of Iowa Park; brothers, Dennis Fox of San Diego, CA and Stephen Fox of Wichita Falls; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jimmy and Joyce Poivre of Burkburnett and sisters-in-law, Kathy McGuire of Goddard, KS and Jamie Johnson of Houston. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Rd., 76310. Obituary: Billy Fay Poisso, 83, of San Antonio, Texas passed away 6, 2016. She was born in Rochelle, Louisiana to John and Emma Moore on 14, 1932. She was married to her husband, Stanley Poisso on 1, 1954 and they were married 62 years. Fay and Stanley ran their own business for many years. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church (P.O.S. A.) and had a passion for art and making photo albums. Fay was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sister, Johnnie Raye Moore. She is survived by her husband, Stanley; her children, Carolyn Poisso, Billy Poisso and wife Karin, Paula Poisso Henry and husband Doug; her grandchildren, Chris Pastol and his wife, Nanako, Blake Poisso, Brittany Poisso, Dustin Sparage; great grandchildren, Fairen Pastol, Siany Pastol, her brother, Carl Peters, and her sisters, Donna Welch, Sue Ayala and Lou Torres. A visitation will be held from 5-9 pm, 9th at Sunset . The funeral service will be held at 3 pm on 10th in the Sunset Chapel with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. |
