Rex was born on 11, 1949 in Lubbock, Texas to Arnom and Mary Parks. He married Christine, Mickey Watts on 23, 1968. were happily married for 46 years and cherished their two daughters, Mendy and Stacy. Rex enjoyed a successful 32 year career at Southwestern Bell Telephone . Rex was known for his outgoing personality, devoted care for his family and friends, generosity, kindness, and sense of humor. He was adored by many and spent his life as a devoted Christian, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, friend, and many other cherished roles. Survivors include his wife Chris Parks of Round Rock; his children and their spouses, Mendy and Chris Blevins of Pflugerville; Stacy and Charles Hall of Tomball, TX; his brothers and their spouses, Clayton and Loretta Parks, Don and Robin Parks, all of Lubbock; and four precious grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jaxson, Cade, and Caelin.
