Obituary: Rebecca Ann Padgett, 76, of Lakeland, Tennessee eased into eternity on 13, 2017. Becky was born to the late Ives and Stella Mae Smith on 1, 1940. She was raised in the Atlanta area and lived the majority of her adult life in Marietta and Douglasville, Georgia. retirement from Douglas , Georgia Board of Commissioners in 2010, she moved to Lakeland, Tennessee to be closer to her family. Becky enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, shopping with her daughter, and was an active member of Faith Baptist Church. A well-dressed and well-manicured lady, Becky also liked sneaking off to Baskin-Robbins for her favorite chocolate peanut butter ice cream. The family will receive friends on , 17 from one until the time of funeral service at two o'clock at Faith Baptist Church, 3755 N Germantown Road, Bartlett, Tennessee.
