Obituary: Suellen M. Big Sue Parks, 62, of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on , 29, 2015, in Community General Osteopathic Hospital. She was the daughter of Pauline Feister Nicholas and the late Francis Parks. Sue was a graduate of John Harris High School and retired from the Commonwealth of PA, Department of Transportation. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and going to yard sales. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Michael, and her daughter, Edina, both of Harrisburg; five brothers, John, Larry, Steve, and Rick Parks, all of Harrisburg, and Terry Feister, of North Carolina; and three grandchildren, Olivia, Christopher, and Gabrielle. A host of nieces; nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Fred. A celebration of life will be held , 4, 2015, at 11:00 am; with a visitation at 10:00 am, in the Neill , 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg. Burial will be in Rolling Green , Camp Hill. Obituary: Sarah Kathryn Parks, 90, of North Sewickley Township, passed away peacefully at home, into the presence of her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, on , 14, 2010. Known affectionately as Kathryn by family and friends, she was born 7, 1920 in Harmony, PA, daughter of the late Frank Hogan and Blanche Mabel (Krause) Grimm. She retired from the housekeeping department of the Medical of Beaver . In her leisure, Kathryn enjoyed the hobby and craft of needlepoint. She loved her grandchildren and was always delighted to babysit. Kathryn was a faithful member of Concord United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of the church. In addition to her parents, Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband: Elmer Parks on 1, 1966; her daughter: Carol Sue Parks; and her four brothers: Ted, Russ, Fred and John Grimm. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Ted and Sharon Parks, Indianapolis, IN; Larry and Debra Parks, North Sewickley Township; one daughter and son-in-law: Susan and Kevin Bevington, North Sewickley Township; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Friends will be received , 17, 2010, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). Her funeral service will be held 11 a.m., at Concord United Methodist Church, 285 Concord Church Road, Beaver Falls, PA. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church. On morning, the family and public will arrive directly at Concord United Methodist Church. Private interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
