Obituary: Frankie Craig Parrott, 65, passed away , May 10, 2014. Frankie was born 6, 1948 in Wake to Frank B. Parrott and the late Ruth Liles Parrott. He worked with Lions Club Industries for the Blind in Durham for over 30 years. Frankie was an avid Durham Bulls and UNC Tar Heels fan. Despite his challenges, Frankie maintained a great attitude and love for life. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. , May 12, 2014 at Bethany Baptist Church, 3417 Rolesville Road, Wendell, NC 27591. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit prior to the service from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. in the church Family Life . Frankie is survived by his father, Frank Parrott of Knightdale; brother, Ronald Parrott of Knightdale; sister-in-law, Margaret Parrott of Knightdale; niece, Kimberly Parrott; great-nephews and great-niece, Nolan Mattress, Kaleb Parrott and Kasey Parrott. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Maggie Parrott and nephew, Kevin Parrott. Obituary: Frank B. Parrott, 94, passed away , 21, 2015 at Transitions Life . He was born in Granville Co. on 10, 1920 to the late Thomas Macon Parrott and Lillian Cash Parrott. Frank served his country in the US Army during WWII. He was awarded 3 Bronze Service Stars, a Good Conduct Medal and a WWII Victory Medal. Frank was a retired merchant and also retired from Wake School System from the Maintenance Dept. retirement he became everyones handyman. Frank was known for gardening and furnishing family, friends and neighbors with fresh vegetables, especially tomatoes. He was a faithful member of Bethany Baptist Church where he served in numerous capacities. Frank was a dedicated family man instilling in his family the values of love and commitment to each other, to your country and to your God. service 2:00 pm, , 25, 2015 at Bethany Baptist Church, 3417 Rolesville Rd., Wendell, 27591.
