Obituary: Bill Payne, 75, of Pleasant Plains died , 9, 2014 at White Medical in Searcy. He was born 3, 1938 in Marie, Arkansas to the late Sam and Edia McAlister Payne. He was a member of the VFW post 10007 in Pleasant Plains and enjoyed helping with the bingo; Bill was also of the Church of Christ faith. Survivors include his children, Debra Kay Spradlin of Sherwood, Lisa Diane Payne of Beebe, Larry Allen Payne of Seminole, Texas, Clead Terrill Payne of Conway, Clayla Annette Hicks of Cabot and William Howard Payne of Pleasant Plains; one brother, George Payne of Searcy, 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Robert Clark Payne; daughter, Bella Ann Payne; and siblings, Juanita Hardin, Harold Payne and Truel Payne. Obituary: Althea Marie Payne, 76, of Judsonia entered into heaven on 26, 2016. She was born 7, 1939 to the late Edward Cunningham and Suzie Blanton Cunningham in McClelland, AR. She retired from the International Shoe Factory and was a member of Rocky Point Baptist Church. She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah Schreckhise (Richard) of Judsonia and Lessa Payne of Little Rock; one grandson, Micheal Timberlake of Judsonia and Theresa Timberlake of Rosebud; one granddaughter, Carla Larkin of Judsonia and 5 great-grandchildren, James, Brittany, William and Joshua Timberlake and Phillip Larkin; two sisters, Jennie Sanders of Texas and Bess Gorder of Springfield. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James Payne; 7 brothers, Marion, BB, Grady, Gil and John Cunningham and Ed and Joe Ezell; and 3 sisters, Emily Ezell, Frances Zimmerman and Lucy Kirby.
