Obituary: Parrott, Phyllis Jean 86, of Lawrenceville, IL, passed on 21, 2016. Phyllis was a lifelong resident of Lawrenceville, Illinois until recently when she moved to Florida to be with her daughter and grandchildren. She graduated from Lawrenceville High School and retired from Agriculture Stabilization Conservation Services. She enjoyed collecting her precious dolls and pictures of her beloved family. In earlier years, she worked for the General Telephone as a telephone operator. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Lawrenceville. Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Karen (Michael J.) Labance, and Lisa Cochran; daughter-in-law, Linda Barthelemy; grandchildren, Lydia Laurel-Hickey, Dustin Cochran, Mary Labance, John Henry, Byron, and Amy Barthelemy; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Robert (Bobby), and Kayla Hickey; and her second husband, Harmon Parrott. Phyllis was preceded in death by first husband, Ernest Barthelemy in 2014 and her son, Michael Barthelemy in 2016. Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m., with funeral service at 2 p.m., on , 27, 2016, at Sylvan Abbey , 2853 Sunset Point Road Clearwater, FL 33759, 727-796-1992. Burial will follow in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park |
