Obituary: Mary Lou Neeb, 89, passed away on , 10, 2016 at home in Gilmer, TX with her family by her side. Visitation with the family will be this morning from 10:00a.m. to 11:15a.m. at Elliott-Hamil , 5701 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, TX. Graveside services will immediately follow in Elmwood Memorial Park , 5750 Hwy 277 South. She was born 8, 1927 in Ft. Worth, TX to Hubert and Myrtle Shanklin. Mary Lou married Billy T. Neeb on 16, 1944. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved her family and friends. She also loved singing and crocheting. Mary Lou retired from the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture after 25 years and moved to Gilmer in 2006. The many years that she lived in Abilene, she was an active member of Caps United Methodist Church and Fairmont United Methodist Church. moving to Gilmer, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Gilmer, TX and was a member of the Martha School Class and the Prime Time Choir. Preceding her in death were her husband, Billy T. Neeb; and a grandson, Randy Noll. Survivors include her four children and their spouses. Linda and Danny Noll of White Oak, TX, Judy and Nick Moore of Gilmer, TX, Tommy and Angela Neeb of Tuscola, TX , and Pattie and Don Grote of Mason, TX. She has 17 grandchildren and spouses; and 25 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please share a meal with your family and enjoy the time you have together. |

Obituary: Jackson Stuart Nee, 19 of Frisco, Texas died , 24, 2016. Born on 4, 1997 in Johnson City, Tennessee, Jack had a true heart of gold behind a cool wit and grand sense of humor. He was a dear friend to many, treasured brother to Tommy and PJ, and beloved son of Steve and Toni. In his brief 19 years, Jack touched many lives. He was a determined and focused young man in his sophomore year at the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity. He enjoyed golf and cooking for friends and family and created several recipes still in use at Rolling Hills Country Club including his famous Jacks Wings. Jack was a Deans List student, studying Botany at OU and planned to make a career in academia. He is survived by his parents, Stephen T. and Toni K. Nee, also of Frisco, TX, brothers Stephen T. Nee, III of Orlando, FL, and Patrick J. Nee of Austin TX, grandfathers Stephen T. Nee, Sr and F. Harold Kushner, grandmother Valerie Crotty, uncles, John B. Nee and L. Michael Kushner, and many other dear friends and family members.
