Obituary: Mary Elizabeth Narron died at the age of 87 on 2, 2015 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Mary was born on 10, 1927 to Alvin and Ruth Apley in Amity, Iowa and grew up in Springs, Iowa. graduating from high school she attended Northwest Missouri State where she earned a B.S. degree in Education. Mary married James W. Narron on 23, 1950 and they made their home in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, teacher and church organist. She enjoyed her students at Kansas City Business where she was perpetually honored as teacher of the year. Mary and Jim were charter members of Englewood Baptist Church where she served as the church organist for over thirty years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jim. She is survived by her daughter, Lynda and husband, Lee Stephens of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; her son, Jerry and wife, Mary Narron of Kearney, Missouri; and her daughter, Janet of Kansas City Missouri; two grandsons, Brian and Brandon and six great-grandchildren: Carlee, Charlotte, Rylee, Reese, Grady and Hallie. Memorial gifts may be sent to Englewood Baptist Church, 1900 NE Englewood Road, Kansas City, MO 64118. Visitation will be , 5th from 5-7:00 pm at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons White Chapel. services will be , 6th at 11:00 am at White Chapel with burial to follow. |

Obituary: The mother of one but considered Mom to many, Beverly was born on Aug. 9, 1938 to Clyde and Lorell Moon, both preceding her in death. She graduated from U.S. Grant High School in 1956. Less than 4 years later she married the love of her life, Doyle Napier. were married 53 years. Doyle also preceded her in death. Beverly was proud to spend her life being a wife, mother, and homemaker. When asked what was on her bucket list, she said, Nothing. Ive gone, seen, and done everything Ive ever wanted. She had one daughter, Lori Goat and one grandson, Hunter DEN Goat. The following was written by Hunter to his mother, Lori, immediately following Beverlys death on Feb 2. It best expresses the feelings of those who loved her. Grammee didn have to suffer. She went peacefully in her sleep to a better place. She is no longer an angel on Earth. Now, she has her wings and is our guardian angel in heaven with Grandad. will spend eternity sharing their love and loving watching over us. We have lost her physically but we will always have her in our hearts, minds, and watching over our souls. This is devastating and extremely hard, but she is where she needs to be now, with all the angels in heaven. Beverly will be remembered and missed not only by her daughter and grandson, but by her son-in-law, Steven Goat, family, and friends. Beverly requested to leave this world as her husband, a cremation with no funeral or memorial service.
