Obituary: Nancy Ann Mosel, 73, a longtime resident of Friendswood, TX, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2016. Born 15, 1942 in El Paso, TX, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Jane Sullivan. Nancy is survived by her daughter Gretchen Mosel of Friendswood, TX; son Douglas (Christy) Mosel of Lucas, TX; brothers David (Barb) Sullivan, Larry (Carol) Sullivan, Pat Sullivan; sisters Carol Sullivan, Kathy (Fred) Zitzmann, and Peggy (Mike) Mauck; and grandchildren Davis and Berkeley Mosel. She was preceded in death by her husband Duane Mosel, brother Dan Sullivan, and sister Jan Bostwick. Nancy graduated from Texas Western (now UTEP) in 1964, where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Nancy married Duane Mosel in 1967 in Pasadena, TX. She spent 34 years as a teacher in both the Pasadena and Friendswood school districts. Visitation will be held on , May 13, 2016 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East . Mass will be held on , May 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Mary Queen Catholic Church, 606 Cedarwood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546. Interment will follow at Forest Park East . Obituary: Mary Regina Mosel, known throughout her life as Regina or Genie, was born in San Antonio, Texas on 5, 1933 to L.C. Sr. and Marie Mosel. She passed away peacefully on 9, 2012 at the age of 78. As a professional photographer Regina took pictures for Incarnate Word, weddings, various social events, family portraits and the San Antonio Little Theatre, where she was also a singer and an actress in plays such as, South Pacific and Annie Get Your Gun. Many will remember Reginas enormous sense of humor, laughter, colorful jokes, yummy sweets and zipping around town in her 1958 MGA. Always generous, there wasn a person (or cat) in need she wouldn reach out to and help. Regina was the owner of the Bottle Shop where many a customer came to hear a good joke, and just hang out with her and her parrot, Honey. She is preceded in death by her brothers Joseph and Stanton Mosel. Regina will be greatly missed by her brother Louis and his wife Florence; 3 sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to express their gratitude to Griswold Special , Jane Fore and the staff at Incarnate Word, and to VITAS Hospice for their exceptional love and care. Obituary: Robert Howard Mosebar, 87, of San Antonio, died at the Army Residence Community in San Antonio. Robert was born Feb. 17, 1924 in Yakima, Washington to Howard S. and Alice W. Mosebar. Robert is survived by his wife Elinor and their four children: son Howard Mosebar and wife Donna, daughter Catherine Johnson and husband Larry, daughter Elizabeth Anzek and husband Charles, and son Bruce Mosebar. Robert is also survived by three grandsons: Kevin Mosebar, Grant Johnson and wife Katie, and Glenn Johnson; and by one great-granddaughter Paige Lindley-Mosebar. Additionally, he is survived by two step-grandchildren, and their spouses and children: Michelle Staley and husband Shane, and Matthew Anzek and wife Fernanda. Robert is also survived by brother Frank Mosebar, sister Maxine Farren and husband Ernest, and brother-in-law Clarence Engraft, as well as many nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Alice Mosebar, grandson Robert Mosebar, brother Paul Mosebar, sister-in-law Janet Mosebar, sister Josie Engkraft, and brothers Gary and Leo Burman. During his youth, Robert worked on his parents farm and attended school in Yakima. He enjoyed raising animals for 4H and won a blue ribbon at the county fair for a one-ton litter of pigs. This award garnered him a trip to the national 4H competition, for which he  ode the train all the way to Chicago. While attending college at Washington State, Robert was drafted into the Army during World War II. the war, Robert completed college, and earned his medical degree at the Univ. of Washington in 1957. On Guam in 1949, Robert met Elinor Young, the daughter of Col. Ellsworth Young. Elinor was working for the Army Exchange Service to be near her father. Robert and Elinor were married on Aug. 18, 1951 in Kansas City. The couple recently celebrated their 60th anniversary. Robert had a long and illustrious career in Army Medicine. Dedicated to helping combat soldiers, he was passionately concerned about battlefield injuries and saving soldiers lives. During his Army career, Robert was a 1st Calvary Division Combat Medic in World War II, the Medical Registrar for the 8055 MASH in the Korean War, and the 24th Corps Surgeon in the Vietnam War. Robert retired as a Colonel after 37 years of active and reserve duty, and then worked 23 years as a civil servant and consultant to the Army Medical Dept. Robert graduated from Command and General Staff and The Army War . He was commander of General Leonard Wood Army Hospital from 1973 to1980, overseeing a major building addition. RobertÂs many decorations and awards include Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Combat Medic Badge, as well as the Exceptional Civilian Service Award and San Antonio Federal Employee of the Year. In military medicine, Robert is widely known as the ÂFather of the Combat Lifesaver. The integral role of Combat Lifesavers is to provide far-forward medical intervention which exceeds that of the standard first aid Âuddy care. Combat Lifesavers receive 40 hours of instruction to effectively use intravenous fluids, tourniquets, and dressings, to save the lives of fellow soldiers. Robert had many hobbies to include gardening and horticulture. He raised African violets under lights, donating them to the General Leonard Wood Hospital Auxiliary. Obituary: Miguel Emilio Moscoso, beloved husband, father and grandfather, age 71, born on 14, 1940 in Quito, Ecuador died on , May 2, 2011 in Houston. Mr. Moscoso was a parishioner at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Eunice Mirian Moscoso and his children: Anita Lloyd and her husband, Michael Lloyd, Michael Moscoso, Eunice Bridges and her husband, George Bridges, and Dennis Moscoso and his wife, Patricia Moscoso.
