Obituary: Betty Morrison, 85, of El Paso, Texas and Cloudcroft, NM, went to be with her Lord and soul mate 17, 2014, at her El Paso residence. Betty was born 22, 1929, in Rochester, New York, to James and Helen (Warder) Roach. She attended Webster High School near Rochester, NY. She continued her education at Eastman Dental Dispensary School for Dental Hygienist graduating in 1949. She was proud in 1963-1964 to be elected to President of the Texas Dental Hygienist Association. Betty enjoyed skiing, cross country skiing, needle crafts, walking and playing Skip bow with her friends and family. Betty was very dedicated to the Lord her whole life. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, her sister and her husband, Barbara and Paul Nortier and her soul mate for life James E. Morrison. She is survived by her two daughters, Kim Rohner and her husband Rob Rohner of Ponte Vedra, Florida, and Teri Scott and her husband Tim Scott of Cloudcroft, NM. She also has two grandchildren Jorden and Cole Scott from Las Cruces, NM. Memorial Service will be held on 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Church of St. Clement in the McKey chapel with a small reception to follow. Obituary: Audre S. Morrison, a third generation Victorian passed away , 10, 2016. She was born 19, 1925 to Barbara Adamsky and Clarence Simon. She married Jack R. Morrison on 19, 1946 and they were married fifty-one years until his death, May 6, 1997. Mrs. Morrison was a member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem, the Junior League of Victoria, Club 20, Currier Bell Study Club, Legion of Mary Auxiliary, and a past member for twenty-five years of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. When the Junior Service League founded Hope School, Mrs. Morrison worked as a League Aide and also volunteered as a Pink Lady at Citizens Hospital as her placement hours for the League. She served for many years as the Secretary of the Saint Joseph's Mother's Club. She was a supporter of the Victoria Symphony, Victoria Community Theatre, Victoria Regional Museum and Victoria Preservation, Inc. Mrs. Morrison is survived by her son, Jack R. Morrison, Jr., and wife, State Representative Geanie W. Morrison; grandchildren, Matt Morrison of San Antonio and Lauri Morrison Perry and husband Chris Perry; great grandchildren, Cole Perry and Ella Simone Perry, all of Austin; niece, Virginia Simon Szopa and nephew, Dan Simon of Houston; and niece, Nancy Morrison Niehaus of the Hills. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Clarence F. Simon, Jr. and wife, Romaine and their son, Lawrence. services will be held , 15, 2016 at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass at 10:00 AM. A private burial will follow. Honorary Pallbearers are The 20 Carats Supper Club, the Ya Ya Girls Birthday Club, Club 20 Members, the 1948 Supper Club Group, and the Partners and staff of Bumgardner, Morrison & LLP. Mrs. Morrison requested that memorials be made to Our Lady of Victory Catholic School, St. Joseph High School; The Asthma and Allergy Foundation, 1233 20th Street NW, Suite 402, Washington, DC 20036; or Donor's choice. Obituary: Armandina Farina Morrison was called from this life to life eternal 16, 2014 at the age of 92. She was born 1, 1922 in Cerreto Di Alpi, Italy, the fifth child of Giuseppe and Matilde (Tronconi) Farina. As a young child she helped her dad tend goats in the hills. She often told stories only a survivor of war could tell, recalling how the American soldiers would roll through town and the villagers would go out a cheer them on. In 1949 Armandina met a young American Merchant Marine, William Calvin Morrison. Their romance sparked and they soon were wed. The Lord blessed them with 62 years of marriage before calling WC home in 2012. She loved caring for children and did so in their home for many years. You also never left hungry. Her specialty dishes included Spaghetti and Pizza and of course a little vino. Ranch Cookies, Sugar Cookies, Carrot Cake, Coke Jello and her fabulous Date Cake at Christmas! Armandina is preceded in death by her parents. Brothers, Giovanni and Faustino. Sisters, Elisabetta, Pasquina, Gina and Anita. Survivors include sons Johnny and wife Kathy, Willie and wife Janis, Jimmy, George and wife Vickie; Grandchildren Tracey Flores, Greg Morrison and wife Nicole, Will Morrison, Amanda Morrison, George Morrison and wife Rhiannon, Paula (Morrison) Garcia and husband Daniel, Joseph Morrison, Luke and wife Dalila Morrison, John Lee Morrison and James Roy Morrison, as well as 18 great-grandchildren. The Morrison family extends their gratitude to the staff and caregivers at Memorial City and Rehabilitation for their patience, guidance, and the loving assistance they extended to our mother.
