Obituary: MANNING, Ruth Fay, age 88 of Miamisburg, passed away , 13, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. Ruth was born on 7, 1928 in Dayton to the late Ralph and Bessie Kremer Marburger. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; brothers, Ralph, William, Paul, George, Earl, John and Charles Marburger; and sisters, Nellie Locke, Bessie Michael, and Dorothy White. She is survived by her son, Donald (Jill) Manning; special nephew to whom she raised, Allen (Kim) Marburger; grandchildren, Tracy (Donnie) Eisele, Jonathan (Janna) Manning, Adam Manning and Leigh Ann Marburger; 6 great grandchildren; and a brother Richard Marburger. She was a member of Sugar Creek Presbyterian Church and O.E.S. Belmont Chapter #555.
