Obituary: Charles V. Butch Meeker 15, 1946- 29, 2015 Hamlet-Charles V. Butch Meeker, 68, passed away , 29, 2015 in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Butch was born 15, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio to Edwin and Lois Meeker and lived in the area most of his life. He was a retired employee of NAPA Auto Parts, Knox, IN. He was a past member of the U.S. Army Reserves. Butch also loved cars and drag racing. Butch was married to the former Peggy Bottorff, whom proceed him in death in 1972. He was also proceed in death by his parents. Survivors include one son, Brad Meeker of Hamlet and one grandson, Gage Meeker of Hamlet. A gathering will be held on SATURDAY, JULY 11, 2015 from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 p.m., CT at the Rannells Hamlet Chapel. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Relay for Life. |
