Obituary: Steven Luther Bubba Martin, 62, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away 1, 2017. He was born 29, 1954 to William L. Martin and Jacqueline (Sullivan) Martin of Indianapolis. He later met and married Jaylene Martin in 1983 and they have been happily married for 33 years. completing his education, Steven proudly served for 8 years in the United States Army before being honorably discharged. the service, he was employed at the Indianapolis Star as a District Sales Manager as well as President of the union for the circulation department. He then started Martins Construction Services which he owned and operated for 12 years with his wife. Steven was an avid golfer, proud veteran, and loyal friend who lived life to the fullest and enjoyed each and every moment he shared with his family and friends whom he loved very much. In addition to his wife, Steven is survived by his son, Steven Martin, Jr.(Carrie); granddaughter, Destinee Marie Martin; great-grandson, Damian; as well as several nieces and nephews and many friends. Steven is preceded in death by his parents; his grandson, William Luther Martin III; and his sister, Sandra Martin. Services for Steven will be held on , 6, 2017, at 1:00 PM with visitation from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM prior to service at Hendryx Mortuary – Cumberland Chapel, 11636 East Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Burial will follow at Washington Park East . Memorial donations can be made in Stevens name to the Wounded Warrior Project or to organization of the donors choosing. are being handled by Hendryx Mortuaries. Obituary: Stacey Lee Martin, 51, of Evansville, passed away , 12, 2015, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born 3, 1964, in Huntingburg, IN. She was a former REO Coordinator at Springleaf Financial, and enjoyed spending time with her children and pets. Stacey was preceded in death by her parents, Paul M. and Anita A. (Gentry) Willoughby. She is survived by her children, Caleb, Joshua and Rebekah Martin, all of Evansville; sister, Cathy Henderson; and dear friend, Christian Schnarr. Stacey was an animal lover and leaves behind her dog, Bree, who remained by her side while she fought cancer. She was a devout Baptist and could often be heard saying, Live each day for what it is.a gift from God. Her positive outlook was inspirational to everyone she knew, and is what she will be remembered for. A Celebration of Life service was held 11:30 AM , 19, 2015, at Maranatha Baptist Church, 3200 Casey Rd., Newburgh, IN 47630, officiated by Pastor Curtis Hall. The family encouraged everyone attending wear pink to commemorate Staceys battle with breast cancer. Her burial took place alongside her parents in Alexander Memorial Park. |

She is survived by her three sons: David (Karen) Martin, Timothy Martin and Keith (Jayne) Martin; two daughters: Melody (Bob) Clegg and Kimberly (Mark) Pratt; son in law, Tom Angel; six grandsons: Ryan Martin, Thomas T.J. Angel, Collin, Cameron and Canaan Pratt and Ian Martin; three granddaughters: Amy Wood, Amy Angel-Sherman and London Humiston; and ten great grandchildren. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, Angus Martin; and daughter, Penny Angel. services will be held , 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at Lake Hills Baptist Church, 9209 W. 85th Ave., Schererville, IN with Pastor Phil Humber and Pastor Bruce Bigelow officiating.
