Obituary: Mr. Stanley A. Lewis, age 88, passed away on , 17, 2012 in Winter Garden, Florida. Mr. Lewis was a WWII veteran serving in the Air Force. the war, he returned to Buffalo, NY and became an upholsterer. In 1953 he joined the City of Buffalo Police Department. 20 yrs of exemplary service he retired as a noted detective of the Homicide Bureau. He relocated to Orlando, Florida where he was a business owner, private investigator and dedicated member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Orlando Lodge 1079 in which held many offices including Exalted Ruler. In 1980, still passionate about law enforcement, he was appointed Chief of Police for the City of Edgewood, FL. He is survived by his 4 children: sons, Gregory Lewis North Tonawanda, NY and Kenneth Lewis Orlando, FL, daughters Claudia Lewis Azzarelli East Amherst, NY and Barbara Lewis Mangold, Clermont, FL : 5 grandchildren, Erica Morano, Cheektowaga, NY and Adam Malinowski, Bangkok, Thailand, Chelsea Lewis Herring, AJ Lewis and Scott Lewis all of Orlando; His brother Henry Lewandowski, Buffalo, NY and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Mary Lou Lewis and his sister Genevieve Lech, Buffalo, NY. A Memorial service is scheduled for , 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the y Hand Colonial 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, Florida, 32806. Family visitation precedes the service beginning at 9:00 am. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in his memory be made to his favorite charity for children, the Harry Anna Trust Fund. Donations may be sent to the Orlando Elks 1079, 12 N. Primrose, Orlando Florida 32803. |

Obituary: Sharon Kay Lewis, 65, of Orange Park, FL passed away 3, 2015. The Williamson, WV native was born 3, 1949 a daughter of the late Jack Lewis and Sylvia Adkins DiMarzo. Sharon was a graduate of Ironton High School and was an Administrative Assistance/Secretary for several companys and corporations for 20 years. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Orange Park, FL and was active in the 4H Educational Program. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by; son; Christopher Palmer two brothers; Jack E. Lewis and Ward B. Lewis granddaughter; Sophia Mestrich nephew; Ward B. Lewis II Sharon in survived by; two daughters; Diana Mestrich and Rebekah Everhart both of Orange Park, FL two brothers; James E. Lewis and Thomas R. (Nancy) Lewis both of Ironton, OH step-father; Sandy J. Dimorzo of Ashland, KY two sisters-in-law; Barbara S. Lewis of Reynoldsburg,OH and Sherry M. Lewis of Pinn Bluff, Ark four grandchildren; Tabatha Mestrich, Gracy Mestrich, Miranda Everhart and Kayleb Everhart services will be 1:00P.M. , 9, 2015 at Phillips , 1004 South 7th Street, Ironton, Ohio with Pastor Terry Jones and Pastor Willard Metz officiating.
