Obituary: Teresa Latrash-Seliga was born on 13, 1933 in Barcelona, Venezuela. The last of thirteen brothers and sisters, Teresa was the little baby loved by all of her siblings who moved to Caracas, Venezuela where she grew up and attended school. She also attended school in New Orleans, LA and then returned to Caracas where she worked for the Mobil Oil . There she met and married Frederick W, Latrash who worked for the US State Department. Together they travelled the world, raised three children, and lived in Venezuela, Panama, Chile , Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil, and the United States. She lost her husband of 39 years on 11, 2002. On May 1st 2005, Teresa married her second husband, Theodore Ladis Seliga and travelled the world again splitting their time between Florida and Hawaii. On 26, 2016, Teresa passed away peacefully in her sleep while in their home in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Teresa will be deeply missed and is survived by her sister Julia, her brother Celestino, her second-husband Ted, her daughter Teri and son-in-law Kevin Burke and three grandkids Marina, Lana, and Vaughan-Arthur as well as her son Fred and daughter-in-law Melanie and grandchildren Brianna, Andrew, and Annie-Laurie. An incredible woman and role-model for us all. We will miss you. under the direction of Kraeer-Becker and Cremation , Deerfield Beach, FL. |

Obituary: Keith A. Alex Latour Jr. age 28 of Kinard, Fl. Passed away in a Hospice Facility in Panama City, Fl. Keith was born on 7, 1987, in Pensacola, Fl. To Keith A. and Susie Latour Sr., he was a resident of the North West Florida Area his whole life. Family and friends all say what a warrior he was in the manner in which he handled his medical issues all his life. He so much enjoyed playing all the new electronic games and just hanging out at the house. He loved school and always had aspirations of going back to school to increase his knowledge. He is survived by a loving family: His caring DAD David Kelly and his mother Susie Kelly of Kinard, Fl.; a sister Tea Marsden (Bryan) of Lakeland, Fl. Brother; Sean Erney and Peggy of Lenoir, TN., a Very Special Granny Flossie Smith of Kinard, Fl. Grandma Sonia Pitts; Three Nephews; Preston, David, & Sean Jr. Two Step Nephews; Bryan & Brendon; a niece; Carly, and many other extended family member who love Keith. He will be loved and missed by all who knew and loved him. The family will receive friends at a visitation on Mon. Sept. 14, 2015, from 9-10 a.m. at the First Pentecostal /United Pentecostal Church, 1217 Finck Rd. Niceville, Fl. Services will follow at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Ken Bowller officiating.
