Obituary: Mark Anthony Licon passed away on 14, 2014, at the age of 22, in Baytown, TX. Anthony was the second of four children to Rick and Leticia Licon. Anthony leaves behind two brothers and a little sister, Ricky, Jonathan, and Loren Licon; his grandparents, Seferino and Mary Licon from Anahuac, and Oscar and Maria Ortegon from Baytown. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, especially his long time sweetheart Ashlee Hikes. Anthony leaves each and every one of us with so many wonderful memories that will remain in our hearts forever. His smile and dimples will always be a joy to remember along with the positive energy he brought into our lives. She was born May 29, 1949 in Casa Piedra , TX to Feliciana (Espinosa) and Enrique Licon. She is a retired teachers aide. She is preceded in death by her parents, her son, Martin Loya, daughter, Priscilla Loya and brother, Jose Cruz Licon. She is survived by her partner in life, Arturo Ulate, Sr, (3) sons; Mikel Loya & wife Norma of Odessa, Calvin Loya & wife Sarah of Midland, Andrew Ulate & wife Daryn of Odessa, (3) daughters; Monica Gallivan & husband Dusty of Odessa, Sandra Villegas & husband Jonatan of Midland, Loya & husband Ruben of Odessa, (4) brothers; Jesus Chuy & Tony Licon both of Marfa, Juan & Henry Licon both of Odessa and (4) sisters; Gloria Melendez of Edmond, OK, Lydia Thurman of Balmorhea, Cristina Morgan & Victoria Licon both of Edmond, OK, & 16) grandchildren.
