Obituary: Margaret Mary Ann Trahan LeBlanc was born on 2, 1935 in Elton Louisiana and at age 80 passed away on 4, 2016. She was a graduate of the Louisiana School for the Deaf in 1956 where she was a competitive swimmer. She was a longtime resident of Southeast Texas since 1961. She was employed as a kitchen assistant at Lamar University and a custodian at BISD and Sunoil Co. for many years. The things she loved the most was God, her family, going to church, the color pink, writing letters and Cajun food. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ovey Sr & Elzina BlancheTrahan, 2 brothers Ovey Jr. & Lester Coon Trahan and one sister Lena Mae Sonnier. She is survived by 3 children, her son Sal LeBlanc and wife Susan of Mt. Vernon Texas, daughter Jenny Moore and husband Chris Sr. of Bridge City, Texas, daughter Kim Hunt and husband Peter of Beaumont Texas. She was Grandma to 7 grand children, Jacob, Matthew, Jeremy, Bryan and wife Katie, Christopher Jr. and wife Katelyn, Shaun, Chelsea, Justin & Sydney and numerous nieces and nephews who loved their Taunte. Special thanks to all the members of Calvary Temple in Lumberton Texas for always being there to support and pray with our mother. Also much gratitude to the staff at Pelican Bay Assisted Living Community for your excellent care, compassion and love. Thank you all for your love, support and prayers during our time of bereavement. Visitation will be at the Forest Lawn 8, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. services will be held at 10:30 a.m. 9, 2016 at the Forest Lawn Chapel with graveside and burial services at the Graceland Orange Grove in Lake Charles, Louisiana at 2:30 p.m. following the services. Obituary: Kenward Allan Bull LeBlanc, 58, of Port Neches, Texas passed away from cancer on 20, 2015. Ken was born on 6, 1956 and grew up in Port Acres, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Denise LeBlanc, his children Erin, Kellen, Klete, his daughter-in-law Paige and grandson Keaston. He is also survived by his parents Wilfred and Irene LeBlanc, his brother Frank LeBlanc and wife Sam; sister Lori Anderson and husband Luke. Ken was preceded in death by his brother, Todd Aaron LeBlanc. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in 1975, attended college at East Texas Baptist University on a baseball scholarship and then received an Associates Degree from Lamar University, Port Arthur. Ken began his career in the rubber industry at Ameripol Synpol and was employed for 29 years. He ended his career as a manager at Dentures and Dental Services in Beaumont, Tx. Ken was a great family man, husband, and loving father. On May 27, 1978, Ken married his high school sweetheart, Denise LeBlanc. The couple have 3 children together and have enjoyed 36 wonderful years of marriage. He had a passion for sports and cooking. He spent his free time coaching baseball for his sons and attending dance recitals for his daughter. He taught CCD at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. He always enjoyed good music, the beach, and visiting Guy Fieris recommended Dives. Ken made a lasting impact on those who knew him and was loved by all. A gathering of family and friends will be held , 22, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. at Grammier-Oberle . service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. Flowers and gifts can be sent to Grammier- Oberle or a donation sent to the American Cancer Society.
