Obituary: Billy Joe Lowe, age 74, of Cox Circle, Greeneville, went to be with his Lord on morning, 8, 2010, at his residence. He was a farmer. He is survived by his wife: Shirley Lowe; brother-in-law: William Shelton; niece/caregiver and her spouse and children: Christy and John Shipley, Austin, Carsonlee and Elizabeth Messer all of Greeneville; other nieces and nephews: Lois Wines of Afton, Betty Hambrick of the Rheatown community, Susie Nelson, Billy Doyle of Alabama; and his special friends: Amy, Tracie and Audie Sanchez of Greeneville, Bud and Robert Tucker of Greene , and Stephanie Howell of Greene . He was the son of the late Charlie and Elza Couch Lowe and was preceded in death by two brothers, Lester and Baxter Lowe and a sister, Mary Ethel Doyle. The body is at Kiser-Rose Hill where the family will receive friends from 2:30 - 3:30 pm preceding the committal service. The committal service will be held at 4:00 pm, , at Price in Romeo with Rev. Kenney Fillers officiating. His pallbearers will be Allen Lawson, Jeff Wines, John Shipley, Bud Tucker, Robert Tucker, and Mark Gaby. |
