Obituary: Livzey, Patricia Anne (Weaver), age 76, of Middletown, passed away , 27, 2014 at Woodlands of Middletown. She was born 2, 1938 in Middletown, OH to Robert and Zona (Carpenter) Weaver. She was an Administrative Secretary for Armco Steel for 11 years and a Faculty Secretary for Miami University until her retirement. Patricia was a member of First United Methodist Church in Middletown. Patricia is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert Livzey; daughters, Becky (Garry) Rutledge of Middletown, Beth (Bill) Watson of Monroe; grandchildren, Kara and Jenna McMonigle, Shelby and MacKenzie Rutledge, Callie and Payton Watson; sister, Shirley Hintze. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Weaver. Visitation will be held , 30, 2014 from 10:00-12:00 pm at First United Methodist Church in Middletown. A Celebration of Life Service will follow on at 12:00 pm at the church with Rev. John Wagner officiating. A Private interment will be held , 2, 2014 at Woodside . Obituary: James J. Liviola, age 89, beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away at the Sanctuary of Geneva on 31, 2015 following a brave and dignified battle with cancer. Jim was born in Cleveland, OH to George Sr. and Rosaria Alecci Liviola on 18, 1925. The family moved from the Collinwood area of Cleveland to New London Road in Saybrook Township and engaged in farming. Following his brother, Peter, Jim was drafted into the U.S. Army and fought at the Battle of the Bulge, earning a Purple Heart as the result of his bravery. Following the death of his brother, Peter (shortly before the end of World War II), Jim returned to the family farm and later married Vincenza (Vee) Radice on 21, 1947. Together they established their family home in Geneva Township where they raised their four children. Jim and Vincenza celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary in 2014. He and Vee were members of Assumption Church in Geneva. Jim was employed by Reliance Electric for 39 years, retiring in 1987. retirement, Jim and Vee kept in touch with their Reliance friends at their weekly dinner outings. Jim enjoyed farming and gardening. Jim and Vee truly had green thumbs and, up until a few years ago, raised a beautiful and bountiful vegetable garden. Most of all, Jim enjoyed being surrounded by his family. He was a beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Jim is survived by his wife Vincenza; children Rose Mary (Harold C.) Burns, Linda (Edward) Beeman, Peter G. (Lori Lamer) Liviola, and James (Tina) Liviola. He is also survived by grandchildren John (Jenn) Burns, Everett and Rachele Beeman, Erica Jackson and Michael Liviola and Sebastian and Dominick Liviola, 5 great grandchildren, his sister-in-law, Lidia (Jim) Beaver, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Peter and George Jr., and sister Clara Rozzo. Jim will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family would like to thank Hospice of the Western Reserve and the Sanctuary of Geneva staff for their compassionate care and attention. Without them, Jims journey would have been much more difficult. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00pm on , 6, 2015 at the Behm Family , 175 South Broadway in Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Bob Lanterman officiating will take place at 11:00am on , 7th at Assumption Catholic Church, 594 West Main Street in Geneva. Burial will immediately follow at St. Josephs in Ashtabula with military honors being performed by the Ashtabula American Legion Post 103 Honor Guard.
