Obituary: Limbert, Charlotte, 104 years of age, passed from this life 9th, 2015 at Crestview in Lancaster, Ohio. She was born Julia Charlotte Ihle in Nashport, Ohio on 10th, 1911 to Waid C. and Myrtis (Hayman) Ihle. Her marriage to Reverend Dale M. Limbert took place on 10th, 1934 and they were together 47 years before his death in 1981. had one son, Dale Myron Limbert (deceased); daughter-in-law Linda, grandsons Matt(Wendy) and Tim(Holly), and great-grandchildren Carter and Whitney survive. She is also survived by sister, Gladyse Vanoy, with whom she shared residence at Crestview for the past two years, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Bruce and Eileen Henry and Tony Mariscalco. She was preceded in death by parents, two sisters and three brothers, and many friends. Charlotte was a pastors wife and school teacher (mostly 4th and 5th graders) in many locations while Dale was pastoring different Methodist churches, and then they moved to Kettering where she taught in the Dayton School system for many years until retirement. She moved to Lancaster in 2011 to be with her sister Gladyse and to be cared for by her niece Amelia (Donald) Crook in their home until moving to Crestview in 2014. She was a longtime member of Christ Church - Kettering campus, as well as a member of UMC pastors wives, and several teachers organizations. She loved to travel, birdwatching (especially cardinals!), collecting interesting quotations, and music (especially piano). The funeral service will be 13th at 1:00 p.m. at Tobias , 5471 far Hills Ave. There will be calling for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Mote in Pitsburg, Ohio. Gifts may be given in her memory to Christ Church. |

Obituary: Cecelia Limber, 94 of Cortland passed away , 30, 2016 in Princeton West Virginia where she was staying with her daughter Kathleen. She was born on Aug. 21, 1921, in Youngstown, Ohio to John and Mary Rodgers Hughes. She graduated from Champion High School and Trumbull Business . She was employed at Denman tires before working at her family owned business. On Aug. 16, 1944, she married John Westley Limber. Together, they opened and ran Limber Plumbing and Heating for many years. Surviving Cecelia are her sons John (Mary) Limber Of Cleveland, OH, and Joseph Limber Of Cortland, two daughters, Sister Kathleen Limber of Princeton West Virginia and Susan (Dennis) Clancy of Defiance, Oh. She also leaves 7 grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Cecelia was a member of St. Roberts Church of Cortland and the Childrens Conservation League (CCL) for over 50 years. She enjoyed her monthly card club, reading, she read 3 newspapers a day, and she dearly enjoyed her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She believed in the power of the Rosary and said her Rosary everyday. Cecelia is preceeded in death by her husband, John, who passed 12/14/1999, her daughter, Diane Limber, brothers, Paul Hughes, and Robert Hughes and sister Louise Hughes. Friends and family may call from 4-8 on , 2/3/2016 at McFarland and Son . A funeral service will take place on , 2/4/2016 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Roberts Bellamine Parish in Cortland , Ohio with Father Carl Kish officiating.
