Obituary: BRADLEY - Mary Blanche Lamarre, 94, died 27, 2015, at an Orono health care facility. She was born 20, 1920, in Somersworth, NH, a daughter of David and Adele Shorette.She was employed at LaBree's Bakery for 17 years and at the University of Maine for 10 years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Old Town Senior Citizen's and a communicant of Holy Family Parish. She is survived by two sons, Louis Lamarre Jr. and companion, Georgette Houle, of Goffstown, NH, and Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Lamarre of FL; nine grandchildren, Robert Lamarre and his wife, Debbie, of Old Town, Marilyn Desjardin and her husband, Gerald, of Bradley, James Lamarre of Old Town, Stephen Lamarre of Old Town, Andrea Lamarre of Naples, FL, Lisa Cole and her husband, Edward, of Clifton, Mark Lamarre and his wife, Barbara, of Manchester, NH, Billie-Jo Dugans of Brownville Jct., Eddie Mike Lamarre of Bangor, Mrs. ; 12 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis P. Lamarre Sr., in 1972; a grandson, Christopher Lamarre, in 2000; and a great-grandson, Thomas Lamarre. Obituary: Old Town - Audrey Patricia Lamarre, 77, died 28, 2017, surrounded by family at her residence. She was born May 28, 1939, in Bangor, a daughter of Leon and Leona (Duplissie) Ouellette. She was raised by Lorraine and Arthur Preble with her two foster brothers, Arthur and Albert Demers. She graduated Old Town High in 1957 and married Adrian Lamarre a year later. She spent 36 years working for LaBree's Bakery as a laborer, retiring only when she contracted lung cancer. She fought well, living well past the time that the doctor's gave her. She will be missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many, many friends. She is survived by seven children: Robert Lamarre and his wife Debbie; Marilyn Desjardins and her husband Gerald; James Lamarre; Steven Lamarre; Andrea Lamarre; Lisa Cole and her husband Ed; David Gould and his wife Dawn; sister Mary Gero and foster brother Albert Demers. She was predeceased by brothers, sisters, and one grandson. Friends may call 4-7 p.m., , 3, 2017, at the Birmingham , 438 Main St., Old Town. Obituary: Wesley was a gentle giant and a kind hearted soul who would always help anyone that needed help and never asked for anything in return. Despite suffering from Schizophrenia and mental illness for more than 32 years, he kept in good spirits and helped take great care of his mother Carol Lam. a final act of kindness of shoveling out an area for the birds to eat, his heart finally gave out and he suffered a massive heart attack. Wesley enjoyed time with his sister, brother in law, brother, sister in law, special niece and nephews and family. He also loved being a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan, bowling, golfing, playing games, and just sitting at local restaurants drinking coffee. He had a great deal of family and friends from childhood who he lost contact with over the years because of his illness. He would reminisce about his youthful adventures and memories, often dwelling on the past with regrets of what could have and should have been. This was part of his illness and those regrets weighed heavily on his mind and soul. Those who knew Wesley over his lifetime could easily focus on what they could have or should have done, but that is not what he would have wanted. What Wesley would want is for those still living to spend more time with those that they love, remember those great memories, and take those extra few moments in our busy lives to have that extra cup of coffee or conversation with the people in our lives. Wesley is survived by his mother Carol Lam of Skowhegan, one sister, Kelley Mitchell and her husband Thomas Mitchell of Norridgewock, one brother, Travis Works and his wife Eleasha of Skowhegan, four nephews, Dylan Mitchell of Presque Isle, Wyatt Mitchell of Norridgewock, Jacob and Lyle Works of Skowhegan, one niece, Heather Mitchell of Penobscot, several great nieces and nephews, numerous relatives on his father side from Stafford Springs, Connecticut, Pat and Ray Marin, Spike Lam, Tim Lam, and their extended families, close relatives in the area that he loved to talk with include Meredith Trask and Victoria Giroux and their extended families, special friends he visited and talked with regularly include Gene George and Sherry Freese, and his very best friend Sharon Kinney. He is predeceased by his father Edward Lam Jr of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, paternal grandparents, Ed and Katherine Lam and maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Virginia Brumm. A celebration of life for family and friends will be held on , 25, 2017 at 2:00pm at 338 Bigelow Hill Road, Skowhegan, Maine (207-399-6503/eleashaworks@gmail.com) A burial will be held at a later date in the spring at the Greenlawn Cemetary in Clinton. In May a notification of date and time will be in the paper.
