Obituary: Mary Alma Kadel, 92, of Homosassa, FL, passed away into her Saviors arms on May 17, 2015. Alma, as she was known to everyone, was born on Sept. 12, 1922 to Luis and Meta (Gabriel) Ullrich. She moved to Homosassa Springs in 1974 from Atlanta, GA. She and her husband Jack enjoyed fishing and the Florida lifestyle. Alma was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack, two brothers and three sisters. Alma was a member since 1974 of the First United Methodist Church of Homosassa. She was also an active community volunteer for 32 years and was a member of the Homosassa Civic Club, Lions Club, and the Women of the Moose, Crystal River. She loved her volunteer work and her motto was Love is volunteering. In 2005 at the Ambassadors for Aging Day in Tallahassee, Alma was honored with the Golden Choice Award. In 2006, on behalf of Lions Club International, she received the Melvin Jones Fellow recognition for her years of service. Also in 2006 she was named the International Co-Worker of the Year by Women of the Moose #1434 in Crystal River. She is survived by daughter Betty Allen, Flowery Branch, GA; son Jack George and wife Nancy, Lawrenceville, GA; stepdaughter Alice Glatzer and husband Steven, Canal Winchester, OH; grandchildren Chad and Rachel Allen, Howe, OK; Karen and Dan Vigliotti, Braselton, GA; Scott and Autumn George, Safety Harbor, FL; Stephen and Jennifer George, Lawrenceville, GA and four great grandchildren; Preston, Gracelyn, Selah and Kendall Allen. Visitation will be held on , May 22, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Wilder , Homosassa. Celebration of Life service will be held on , May 23, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at First United Methodist Church of Homosassa. Interment will follow at Stage Stand , Homosassa Springs. Kaczor, age 51, beloved son of Thomas O. and Barbara, nee Chrishop Kaczor; devoted father of Courtney, Alexa and Jordan; loving brother of Debbie (Kevin) Rohlwing and Kellie (Jeff) Reed; cherished grandson of Joan Klasen; dear nephew of Margaret Stojek, Alfred Sunny Chrishop, Geneta Daly and special aunt/best friend, Linda Lillie; fond uncle of 7 and cousin of many; former husband of Julie Kaczor, the devoted mother of Toms children. Affectionately known by his closest friends and family as Tommy, he passed away on , 1 in Louisville, Kentucky. Tom was a graduate of Valley Lutheran High School and Eastern Illinois University where he played football and wrestled. He was active in a number of different business ventures throughout his career and was always ready to take on the challenges that they provided. Tommy never met a stranger and was loved by many for his outgoing personality and ability to tell a story.
