Obituary: David Raymond Krogh, age 56, passed away 13, 2015 in Renton, Washington. He was born 21, 1958 in Topeka, Kansas to Don and Beverly Krogh. He moved with his family to Des Moines, Washington when he was seven years old. He grew up in Des Moines and graduated from Mount Rainier High School in 1977. high school he attended Northwest Bible where he met and married his wife, Diane. were married for 34 years and had two children. He enjoyed being a Baseball Umpire for eight years at all levels from Little League to Semi-Pro. He was Head Custodian for New Life Church for 29 years. He was also a Bus Driver for Renton School District for 13 years. Last he celebrated with friends and family his 30 years of having survived a life threatening brain abscess. David never met a stranger. He was known for his kindness, sense of humor, and his sports enthusiasm. His service to others was exemplary. His devotion to family and to Jesus Christ was beyond measure. He is survived by his wife Diane Krogh of Renton, his daughter Kristen Chamberlin and her husband Ryan of Auburn, his son Derek Krogh and his wife Britney of Renton, his granddaughter Kylie Krogh of Renton, his parents Don and Beverly Krogh of Des Moines, and his sister Sharon Colby and her husband Tom of SeaTac. His life will be celebrated on , 21st at New Life Church at 11:00 am (Livestream available at http://new.livestream.com/nlchurch). Obituary: Angels Rejoiced Over Our Loved One Joseph Andrew Krofchek Sr. Joseph Andrew Krofchek Sr., 78 years old, passed away 19, 2014 with his family by his side in Seattle, Washington. Joseph was born 10, 1935 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Mathew and Helen Krofchek. The Krofchek's moved to Spokane, Washington where Joe graduated from Gonzaga High School. He joined the US Navy in 1954 and while on liberty, he and a friend went to Santa Barbara where he met the love of his life, Sylvia Katherine Kendall. were married May 26, 1956 and then ended up raising their family in Seattle, Washington. had 58 incredible years together, loving one another, and loving their family. Joseph is survived by his wife Sylvia Krofchek; his brother James Krofchek; daughters: Kathy Krofchek, Karen Krofchek, Kristine Paulino and Karoline Wade; sons: Robert Krofchek, Joseph Krofchek Jr. and all their family's that include 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service and reception will be held on , 31, 2-014 at 3:00 pm at Acacia , 14951 Bothell Way NE, Seattle, WA. A mass is being scheduled. Please check back for details. Obituary: It is with sad hearts that we mark the passing of our beloved mother Minnie. Minnie was born in Walcott, North Dakota on Feb 10, 1919 to Albert and Clara Stensrud. She came to Arlington as a 19 year old. Shortly after she began working and living at the Arlington Hospital. Minnie was introduced to her future husband Paul by his sister Alice, who was married to Minnies brother Elnor. were married on 31, 1940 in Silvana, WA. settled in Arlington and farmed for several years. selling the farm, Minnie started working at Twin City Foods. Later, she started working at the new Arlington Hospital and remained there for 20 years. retiring, they enjoyed traveling and camping, visiting 46 of the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. She also enjoyed gardening, word puzzles, reading, and playing Skip-Bo. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Paul in 1990 and her brothers Elnor, Clifford and Edward, and son-in-law Peter Schultz. She leaves behind her daughters Beverly Schultz, Darleen (Herb) Boyd, Donna (Floyd) DeVerna, son Curt (Susie) Kroeze, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson and dear friend Joy Evans. |
