Obituary: Alice Nehring Krueger, 98, of Willis died on , 6, 2016. She was born on 3, 1917 in Cleburne, TX to Bertha and Charles Nehring. She grew up in Taylor, TX and graduated from Taylor High School in 1935. Her life was centered around her Christian faith and her treasured family. She was a dedicated, active member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Houston, TX where she was a member of the Ladies Aid. On 25, 1937, Alice married Gus Krueger and they enjoyed 61 years of marriage. lived most of their life in Houston, TX. In 1979, Gus and Alice moved to Twin Shores on Lake Conroe in Willis, TX. She was an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Conroe, TX where she was a member of the Ruth Guild and Quilting Group. Alice was a kind and committed wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. Her devoted daughter and their families will miss her greatly. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Judy and Melvin Gessner of Willis, TX. She was a loving grandmother to her two grandchildren: Jenny Anderson and her husband Matt Anderson of Brenham, TX; Chris Gessner and his wife Justine of Willis, TX. Her precious great-grandchildren Jay and Gavin Anderson and Kylie Gessner who gave her endless joy. She was the sixth child of eight children. She was the last living Nehring sibling. Her loving sister-in-law Dorothy Nehring of New Braunfels, TX survives her. Her parents, her husband Gus, her sisters Annie Kruger, Lillie Wade and her brothers Walter, Bill, John, Edward and Leroy preceded her in death. Visitation will be held , 8, 2016 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Cashner . services will be held , 9, 2016 at 11:00am at St. Mark Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in Garden Park . Obituary: Edward Andrew Kruczek, Jr., of Austin, Texas passed away peacefully at home on 28, 2013 after a courageous four-year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born in Donora, Pennsylvania on 15, 1950. Eddie married the love of his life Loraine Kozma on 30, 1971 and spent 8 years of service in the United States Navy. Following his military service, he and Lori and their son Daniel settled in Austin where he had a long professional career with Lockheed Martin and Dell Computers. Eddie's passions were his family, his faith, and service to others. He was an active member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Austin, where he recently served as Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He worked tirelessly to promote pro-life causes and give back to the community by serving as a sponsor to engaged couples and participating in programs such as Habitat for Humanity. Eddie was an avid outdoorsman, having loved hunting, fishing, archery, and sharing these passions with his family. Other hobbies included traveling, playing golf, dog training, and watching his favorite football teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Texas A&M Aggies. Most importantly, Eddie was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and generously gave the gift of his constant presence and love to his family. Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Helen Kruczek and in-laws, Joseph and Anna Kozma. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife of 42 years, Lori, son Daniel, daughter-in-law Stephanie, and grandchildren Cate and Rand, all of Austin; siblings Jan and Bob Delsandro of Monongahela, PA; Tom and Dee Kruczek of La Plata, MD; Jim and Louise Kruczek of Donora, PA; and Mark Kruczek and JoAnn Bellora of Monessen, PA; 11 nieces and 1 nephew. Eddie and his family would like to thank the following caregivers: Dr. Alexandra Phan and Susie Bullock at MD Anderson; Dr. Roger Fain, Mary Dickson, Sharon Bailey, and Bob Stuifbergen at Texas Oncology; and his Hospice Austin team, Patty, Charlotte, Deborah, and Peg. Obituary: Mr. Emil C. Kruciak, 88 years of age, passed from this life on , 2, 2015. Emil was born 20, 1926 in San Antonio, Texas to Thomas Kruciak and Mary Keller Kruciak. He married Rose Victoria Broll on 12, 1948 and they have celebrated 66 years together. Emil served in the U. S. Navy during WWII and proudly fought for his country. He started as a parts manager for International Harvester, working 30 plus years, finishing his career as one of the implementers of the new Retail Parts Management Systems for I. H. Never leaving a customer without help no matter the hour, whether it be nights, weekends, or holidays. Emil never met a stranger and was known to spend long periods of time talking with his siblings, friends, and even people he just met. Like his father, Emil was an avid Houston Astros fan, and passionately followed the Houston Oilers. He enjoyed ranching, as well as hunting doves and deer. Emil was a proud member of The Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Fatima Council #4315, was a Grand Knight 3rd Degree, and a Faithful Navigator 4th Degree. He joined many Catholic organizations while a member of St. Benedicts Parrish for over 17 years. He was instrumental in the building of this new Parrish. He was a proud member of the American Legion. Emil, (Popo) was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother, godfather, and a great friend. Remembered by all as generous and caring to everyone he met, especially loving his grand children and great-grandchildren. Survivors include: his wonderful wife Rose, sons and daughters in law: Donald Kruciak & Sharron Bowman, David & Jodie Kruciak. Daughters and son in law; Karin Harris, and Sandra & Albert Sykes. Brother; Thomas Kruciak, Sister; Leatrice Gottardy. 5 grandchildren and their spouses; Nicci Bowman-Fowler and Mateo Fowler, Kandice & Ilya Levental, Stephanie & David Cook, Katelyn & Dodger Campbell, and Dylan Kruciak. 7 great- grandchildren; Gabriel Fowler, Joshua Fowler, Ailee Levental, Emily Levental, Andrew Cook, Alexandria Cook, and Allie Baker. Many friends and extended family. Emil was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings; Eddie Kruciak, Bernice Jensen, and Stella Kadura.
