He married the love of his life, Margaret Lillian Forman, on 23, 1951. Three years later, he adopted his beloved daughter Bennie. Service: Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2016 Willis Lane, Keller. Interment: Mount Olivet . Born 20, 1961, Daniel grew up in East Northport, N.Y., where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Debbie. Married 27 years, they moved to Texas in 1992. Obituary: Dale Scott King, 84, was born 2, 1927 in Floydada, Texas. He joined his Lord and Savior 11, 2011. He graduated from Floydada High School, attended Texas Tech for 1 year, served in the Marine Corps 2 years then returned to school and obtained a B.A. in Education from the University of West Texas, a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston, and CPA certification from the Texas State Board. In 1950, he married the love of his life, Reta Childers in Tula, Texas. had 2 sons. He taught at Highland Elementary School for 2 years then moved to Houston in 1966 and went to work for Ford Aerospace, where he became a supervisor of finance in 6 short months. He retired from this company after 25 years in 1991. Dale was highly respected and loved by all he worked with. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Scott King; mother, Ethel Grace Haines King; two sisters, Edelle King Smith and Joyce King Russell and a brother, Hunter King. Obituary: Dale Junior King 84, of Watauga, TX, formerly of Decatur, passed away at 12:15 p.m. on (Sept. 30, 2014) in Green Valley care and Rehabilitation , North Richland Hills, TX. Services to celebrate Dales life will be held at 11:00 a.m., , 6, 2014, at Dawson & Wikoff North Chapel. Interment will be in Camp Butler National with full military honors provided by the Macon Honor Guard and the US Navy Honors Team. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.dawson-wikoff.com. Dale was born 5, 1930, in Monticello, IL the son of David and Ottie (Calhoun) King. Dale enjoyed a 33 year career in the US Navy. He was a Korean War veteran and continued his career in the Naval Reserves following the war and retired as a First Class Petty Officer. He married Ida Glynn in of 1956. later divorced. He worked for AE Staley Manufacturing for more than thirty years. During the labor strikes, Dale built homes for income. Dale enjoyed running marathons to benefit St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. He also enjoyed volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. He loved to learn about naval vessels and aircraft in his spare time as well. Dale also loved to attend church whenever he could. The Gospel of John was his favorite book in the bible. Surviving is his sister: Fay Thomas; daughter: Janet Hoeffner and her husband Byron; son: Robert King and his wife Amy; son-in-law: John Vogel; grandchildren: Phillip Vogel and his wife Sarah, Jared Vogel, Rebecca Smith and her husband Stewart, William Hoeffner, and Siobhan King; great-grandchildren: Ezrah Vogel and Edith Vogel; also surviving is his Navy Commander and long-time friend: Ralph Condiff. He was preceded in death by his daughter: Jeanne Vogel and his siblings: Kenneth, Edward, and Mary Ella. |

Obituary: Cullis Lee King, Jr. (C.L.) was born in San Angelo, Texas on 30, 1944. He departed this life at the age of 70 on 7, 2015 to be with the Lord and his precious wife, Louise. C.L. was a man who demonstrated honor, integrity, and selflessness throughout his entire life. He developed lifelong relationships with everyone he met. He graduated from Sterling City High School and then went on to graduate from Texas A&M in 1966. A&M, he served in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant. C.L. was married 41 years to the love of his life, Louise. Together they built a loving family with son Lee and daughter Jennifer. He loved spending time with his four grandchildren and was one of their biggest fans in school activities and sports. C.L. also enjoyed attending Aggie football games and playing golf. Anyone who knew C.L. would know that he never turned down a Road Trip. C.L. was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Bolles King; and his father, Cullis Lee King. He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Bass King; son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Dawn King; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Eric Scott; grandchildren, Emery, Camden, Aidan King, and Katie Scott.
