Obituary: Tillie M. Kopp, 93, Mandan, passed away 10, 2017 at Baptist in Bismarck. Services will be held at 11:00 am on , 16, 2017 at Weigel , Mandan, ND with Deacon Steve Brannon Officiating. Burial will be at North Dakota Veterans . Visitation will be held , 15, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Weigel . Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service on . Tillie was born on 16, 1923 to Joseph and Wilhelmina (Boehm) Gratz in rural Morton . She was raised and educated in the St. Anthony area. She married Peter F. Kopp on 11, 1945 in Mandan. Tillie took great pride in raising her family and taking care of her Boys. She was an excellent cook and her family enjoyed the many wonderful dishes she made for them. Tillie liked to play cards and dance especially polkas, waltzes and square dancing. The Chicago Cubs were her favorite baseball team and she would catch all their games on television. Tillie will be deeply missed by her sons, Alan ( ), Fargo, ND, Gary (Cleo), Seattle, WA, Darwin, Plymouth, MN, DuWayne, San Jose, CA and Peter, Jr., Bismarck, ND; 4 grandchildren, Ian and Nate Kopp, Seattle WA, Whittney Kopp, Portland, OR and Alice Kopp, San Jose, CA and 5 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marie (Ted) Renner, Dickinson, ND; brother-in-law, Clem Kopp, Billings, MT along with numerous nieces and nephews. Tillie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pete who passed away on 25, 2011 after nearly 66 years of marriage; granddaughter, Nikki; sisters, Alice Olheiser, Ida Knoll, Perpetua Kautzman, Katie Butka, Rose McDonald and Maggie Gratz; brothers, Ralph Gratz, Adam Gratz and Steve Gratz. Obituary: Myron E. Kopp, 69, formally of Mandan, passed away on , 09, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on , 13, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Mandan, ND with Rev. Shane Campbell as celebrant. Burial will be at North Dakota Veterans following the service with full military committal provided by the Mandan VFW Post # 707, American Legion Post #40 and the North Dakota National Guard. Visitation will be held , 12, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Weigel , with a Rosary/Parish Vigil at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue at the church one hour prior to the service on . Myron was born to Joachim and Frances (Riehl) Kopp on 10, 1947, in Raleigh, ND. He was the 2nd oldest of 8 children. Myron received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the Dickinson State University. Myron served in the Army for 2 years during the Vietnam Conflict. he taught elementary education in Wyoming. Later he worked at Basin Electric in South Dakota. Myron moved back to North Dakota and went on to work for the state, from which he retired in 2002. Myron married Analee Seifert on 4, 2004. He is a life member of the NRA and American Legion in Flasher. Myron enjoyed motorcycling, camping, fishing, and deer hunting. He was thorough with projects, but moved at his own pace, friendly, outgoing and loved visiting. Myron was respected and loved by many. Myron will be deeply missed by his loving wife Analee of Mandan; her children, Seifert (Jaremy Joy) and Bradley Seifert. His mother Frances who lives in Raleigh, ND; 4 sisters, Marilyn (Terry) Kittleson, Phyllis Utter, Andrea (Tom) Eberle and Rhonda (Steve) Danielson; 2 brothers, Leonard, and Perry (Kari); Sister-In-Law Betty Kopp and 2 daughters and 1 stepson along with numerous nieces and nephews. Myron was preceded in death by his father and his brother Eugene. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be sent to North Dakota Veterans and the Salvation Army. |

Obituary: Frances Kopp, 91, of Raleigh, ND, passed away 27, 2017 at CHI St. Alexius in Bismarck. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on , 1, 2017 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Flasher, ND with Rev. Dennis Schafer as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Lawrence . Frances was born on 22, 1925 to Eugene and Josephine (Vetter) Riehl in Brisbane, ND. She was raised and educated in the Raleigh area, graduating from Raleigh High School. She married Joachim Kopp on 31, 1944 in Raleigh, ND. were hard working farmers and ranchers and she lived on the farm after her husband’s death in 1987 until just a few months before her death. Frances also worked in the laundry at the Prairie Learning . Frances was a wonderful cook and her family enjoyed her many German dishes. She loved to garden especially wild flowers and her favorite being crocuses. Frances was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her family and they will always love and miss her. Frances will be deeply missed by her daughters, Marilyn (Tyronne) Kittleson, Minot, ND, Phyllis (Charles) Utter, Denver, CO, Andrea (Tom) Eberle, Albuquerque, NM and Rhonda (Steve) Danielson, St. Joseph, MN; sons, Leonard, Raleigh, ND and Perry (Kari), Devils Lake, ND; daughters-in-law, Analee Seifert Kopp and Betty Kopp; 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews who fondly will remember their aunt.
