Reverend Michael Goldsmith will officiate. The family will accept friends from 12-1:00 PM. Collier-Butler and Cremation Services will direct. Diane graduated from Emma Sansom High School in 1972. high school she pursued a degree in nursing from the University of Alabama and graduated in 1976. Diane worked as the nursing supervisor in the Pediatric Nephrology Department of Childrens Hospital for 25 years. She enjoyed reading, music, interior decorating, and traveling, but she also had a love for cats. Above all she had a great love for her niece and nephew. Diane was preceded in death by her father, James Marks; and special aunt, Clara Marks. Survivors include her loving mother, Ada Jo marks; sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Mike Bier of Huntsville, AL; beloved niece and nephew, Meghann and Austin Bier; extended family, Dean Bynum, Evelyn Muskett, Harold and Lurlene Smith, Gay Utz ; and her cat, Kisses. Obituary: Randall Ira Kogon, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts but a life-long resident of Mobile, passed away unexpectedly on , 21, 2017, at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Lila Kogon. Randy is survived by his loving wife, Julie Bloess Kogon, his daughter Jessica (Brenden) Weishaar, son Joseph Julius Kogon, his brother Larry David Kogon and many nieces and nephews. Randy graduated from Murphy High School and the University of Alabama. He worked in the garment manufacturing business, first with his father for many years, and most recently with Harper Industries. Obituary: Reinhart John Koepp II Ron passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on 11, 2017 after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born 26, 1950 and grew up in Euclid, Ohio. He graduated from Euclid High School and continued at Saint Leo graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice. He served his country during the Vietnam War as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Staff Sergeant in the Air Force. his military service, he spent his career with Nationwide Insurance - a total of 35 years. The last 12 years were spent in western Washington State with its Allied Insurance division as the Property Blue Ribbon Manager for the Rocky Mountain Regional Office. Ron was active in many organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Skagit Symphony, of Dimes, Boy Scouts and United Way. He retired in 2013 and traveled extensively visiting friends and relatives while exploring this great country. He is survived by his bride of 46 years, JoAnn, children Rebecca (Edward) West, Leslie (Daniel) Billings, Reinhart III (Tammy) Koepp and grandchildren Thomas, Elizabeth, Peyton, Heidi, Madison, and Sydnee. He leaves behind a brother, Fred (Belinda) Koepp and many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reinhart I, and Phyllis, and sisters Martha and Michelle. He will be honored in a memorial service at Sharon Heights Baptist Church, 520 Bivens Brookside Road, Birmingham, Alabama on , 20, 2017 at 5:30 pm. The service will be officiated by Brother Terry Trivette. Military burial in Montville, Ohio will take place at a later date. Robert was a dedicated volunteersman, and spent much of his time working in different volunteer positions trying to improve the lives of others. Those positions include: Vice President, North Central Alabama mental Retardation Authority, 1994-1996; Chairman, Board of Directors, for the Developmentally Disabled, 1991-1994; President, Morgan Advocates for the Decatur Workshop, 1991-1997; Board Member, Chairman of Audit Committee, Arc of Morgan , 1993-1995; Chairman, Sub-Committee for Developmentally Disabled, Southern District LCMS, 1995-1996; Pre-School Board, St. Pauls Lutheran, 1995-1996; President, City of Opportunity Civitan Club, 1982-1984, Treasurer, 1974-1978;Chairman, Lurleen B. Wallace Developmental Advocacy and Advisory Committee, 1989-1992; Education Committee member, Decatur Chamber of Commerce, 1974-1975; Budget Committee, Morgan United Way, 1973; Board Member, Alabama Disabled Advocacy Program, 1977-1980; Member, Partlowe Human Right Committee, Appointed by Federal District Judge, Frank Johnson, 1975-1978; ARC Alabama- President 1976-1978, Vice President 1974-1976, Chair of Membership Committee, 1973; Arc United States-Represented ARC Alabama on Nominating Committee for Southeast Region, 1976. Mr. Koenig was a member if Sr. Pauls Lutheran Church in Decatur, where he had served as an Elder and an Usher. He spent his free time golfing, dining out, gardening, and traveling. Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Forthman, Jerry Aldrich, Rick Morgan, Joe Hagar III, David Koenig, and Stephen Koenig. Honorary pallbearers include David Bureal, Dan Jones, Tommy Livingston, Ron Scibert, and Charles Roland. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Bethesda Lutheran , P.O.
