Obituary: Rheba Kinslow, 95, of Russellville, died , 12, 2015. She was born 28, 1919, in Hector and was a resident of Wildflower in Russellville. She was a member of Harmony Freewill Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and taught School Class for many years. She worked alongside her husband on their chicken and cattle farm in the Gumlog Community where she lived for 65 years. She loved fishing in her stock ponds. She worked at the International Shoe Factory in the late 1950s to the early 60s. her husbands death in 1997, she was a regular volunteer at the Main Street Mission, giving her time to help others as many as 5 days a week until the age of 91. She loved her family and she loved being with people. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ruth Berry Leavell and her step-mother, Flora Lay Leavell; and one son, Cecil Allen Kinslow Jr. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas F. and Bobbie Kinslow of Russellville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda and E J Barton of Russellville and Diane and Joe Farish of Bella Vista; seven grandchildren, Andy Kinslow of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mark Barton of Maumelle, Becky Dalton of Flamigo, Costa Rica, Eddy Kinslow of Rogers, Allen Barton of Atlanta, Georgia, Jimmy Farish of Atkins and Jennifer Keaton of Rogers; ten great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Ruby Phillips of Galt, California, Lucille McNutt of Russellville and Lois Foreman of Kirksville, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on , 14, 2015, at the Harmony Free Will Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Steve Mosley and Chaplain Paul Northcut. He was a master barber with a lifetime license, member of Greenwood First Baptist Church since 1964, where he served as a Deacon, taught School for several years and was a member of an amazing life group, member of Harris Hannah VFW Post #6527, Korean War Veteran, Army National Guard PFC 1949-1951, Airman 2nd Class 1951-1954 and Greenwood Co- Citizen Of The Year 2003 with his loving wife Bodesia. Obituary: Bobbie Kinslow, 80, of Russellville, died , 8, 2016 at St. Marys Regional Medical . She was born on 22, 1936, in Hector to Emmett Andrew and Florence Mabel LeFan Hamilton. Bobbie had many roles at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was the first female ordained elder. She enjoyed her family, church, camp families, helping others, cooking and sewing. She loved her work she did for Camp Peniel where she served on the board of directors as president and secretary for the camp. Her main love was cooking for senior high camp. Bobbie was a school secretary from 1971-1998 at the Russellville Middle School and for the Valley Elementary School. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Emogene Coffman and Kathleen Goats. Survivors include her husband of almost 61 years, Thomas Tommy Kinslow; two sons and their spouses, Andrew Andy Allen Kinslow and Russ Kirckpatrick of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Eddy and Lucy Kinslow of Rogers; two sisters, Marcalene Butler of North Little Rock and Agnes Cochran of Rogers; one granddaughter, Jill Lauren Kinslow of New York, New York; and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., , 11, 2016 at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Dr. Steve Mosley and the Rev. Jim Fisk officiating. She was a member of the Richwoods Methodist Church, and later became a member of the Morehouse Methodist Church. On 18, 1954, in Sikeston, she married Raymond Kinsey, who preceded her in death in 1984. Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Robert (Debbie) Kinsey of Bettendorf, Iowa; two daughters and one son-in-law, Patti McCoy of Poplar Bluff and Kathy (Roger) DeVore of Searcy; four grandchildren, Patrick McCoy, Keith McCoy, Allison Quattlebaum and Ashley Bodden; and two great grandchildren, Peyton Quattlebaum and Kinsie Quattlebaum. She was preceded in death by two brothers, George Husher and Wade Husher; and three sisters, Mildred Rodgers, Juanita Husher and Francis Dismuke. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on , 31, at the Nunnelee Chapel, with Rev. Marvin Butrum, officiating.
