She is preceded in death by her husbands Gerald Petit Sr. and Sidney J. Kliebert. Rita was the mother of 4 children; Gerald Petit (Helen), Kenneth Petit, Katheryn Kliebert Hendricks (Wade) and Ricky Paul Kliebert Sr. (Paula). She was the grandmother of 13; Glenn, Geraldine, Chad, Robert, Tammy, Christina, Ricky Jr., Jennifer, Sydney, Erin, Ashley, Emily, Brennan, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings; Roy Cokey Blank, Herman Blank, Lucille Cantillo, Joyce B. Alito, and Judy B. Walters and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; Humphrey Blank and Florence Messina Blank and her siblings; Percy, Glenn T-Boy, Evenlyn, Kathleen, Ruth, Yvonne, and her twin brothers Ray and Roy. She is also preceded in death by one grandchild, Denise, two nephews and one niece. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Obituary: Otis Joseph Kliebert had a great long journey of life. He knew his time here on Earth was getting shorter and loved everybody who he met along the way. Otis passed away on , 26, 2015 at Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, La. Otis was born on 26, 1921 in Paulina, Louisiana and the time of his death he resided in Convent, Louisiana. He had a passion of working the land and was a farmer for most of his life. Otis is survived by his only daughter, Rosalind Kliebert Trosclair, brother, Buhel Kliebert (Grace), four grandchildren; Rene Trosclair III (Maria), Joseph Trosclair (Brooke), Luke Trosclair (Kristen), Anthony Trosclair (Maeghan). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; Claire, Olivia, Ava, Leah, Cadi. Otis was preceded in death by his beloved wife Helen Melancon Kliebert, son-in-law Rene Trosclair Jr., his father, Leon Joseph Kliebert, Sr., his mother, Elvina Bourgeois Kliebert, brothers; Leon Kliebert Jr., Allen Kliebert, and Garland Kliebert. Sisters; Amy Kliebert Michilli, Eunice Kliebert Lucia, Rose Kliebert Ballay, Gertrude Kliebert and Velma Kliebert. He will be greatly missed by neighbors, friends, family, and all who knew him. Obituary: Shreveport, Louisiana- A Mass celebrating the life of Kenneth Wayne Joseph Klibert, 73, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on , 27, 2016 at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father Francis Kamau. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on , 26, 2016 at Centuries Memorial . Kenneth Wayne Joseph Klibert died peacefully in the company of his family after a lengthy illness on 22, 2016. Wayne was born on 20, 1942 at his parents home in Reserve, LA. He graduated from Southeastern in 1963 with a degree in Industrial Technology. He served in the Army National Guard. He married Kathleen Ann Becnel in 1967. The newly married couple moved to Shreveport and Wayne began working for Western Electric in wage and salary administration and retired from Lucent in 1997. Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and traveling, but most of all he enjoyed the friendships and camaraderie associated with these activities. He loved to talk to people and get to know them. He was a member of a hunting lease and treasured the time he spent with the guys outdoors. He enjoyed semi-annual fishing trips on the White River in Arkansas with special friends and cherished the moments they all shared. He loved playing golf with friends and participating in tournaments organized by the Telephone Pioneers. He was an active and dedicated member of the St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church and enjoyed working with the Mens Club. Mr. Klibert was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Pearl Klibert of Reserve, LA. Wayne is survived by his wife, Kathleen Becnel Klibert; two daughters, Denise Catherine and Deanne Marie; sister, Arlene Gay (Emile) Delaneuville and their children, Emile, Jr., Sharon, Steven and David; sister, Joan Dale (Ray) Babin and their children, Michael and Kevin; sister in law, Eileen (Bill) Macloud and their children, Jeffrey, Stephen and Timothy. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Mary of the Pines Mens Club at 1050 Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Shreveport, LA 71118.
