Obituary: Sandra Lee Janes, age 58, of Perry, passed away 16, 2014. Born 2, 1955 in Wheeling, WV, she was the daughter of Carolyn E. (Armstrong) & Samuel J. Frazier. She married Frederick Janes in Mentor, Ohio on 9, 1999. Sandra formerly was a dietician for Ohio Valley Medical in Wheeling, WV. Known as The Cookie Lady she loved baking with the grandkids, collecting Beanie Babies and exploring family genealogy. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie (Henry) Harris of Perry; grandchildren, Ashley Harris, Amber Frazier, Alicia Harris, Andre Harris; step-children, Kelly King of Wickliffe and David Janes of Cleveland; mother, Carolyn Frazier of Perry; sister, Deb (Rick) Otterbeck of Wheeling, WV and brother, Samuel J. Frazier of St. Clairesville, OH. Obituary: Frederick L. Janes, age 75, of Madison, Ohio, passed away , 29, 2013 at Cardinal Woods Skilled and Rehab in Madison. He was born 10, 1938 in Canton to Agnes Philomena (McGuinness) & Leslie Prentice Janes and married Sandra Frazier on 9, 1999 in Mentor, OH. Fred worked for Chase Brass, Caterpillar and then retired from Avery Dennison in 2007. Fred served as a Navy Corpsman during the Vietnam War. A stern, yet sensitive father, his children valued him as a life teacher giving them the skills to succeed. He loved working on his cars, camping and traveling. His passion for history inspired him to pursue his family genealogy. His is survived by his wife, Sandra Janes of Madison; daughters, Kelly (Ron McQuaid) King of Wickliffe and Stephanie (Henry) Harris of Perry; son, David (Molly) Janes of Cleveland; 9 grandchildren; sisters, Vera (Frank) Norton of IL, Ann Conway and Mary Alice (George) McCombe both of NY; brothers, Tom (Roseline) Carroll of Atlanta, GA and Michael (Darlene) Carroll of Wickliffe; sister-in-law, Maureen Carroll of NY. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Carroll. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm on , 31, 2013 at the Fellowship United Church of Christ, 30040 Ridge Road, Wickliffe, OH 44092. Pastor David Durkit will be officiating. Obituary: Curtis L. Janeczek, 61, of Madison, Ohio passed away 28, 2015 at his residence. He was born 20, 1953 in Hazleton, PA. He was appointed to West Point in 1971 – the same year he graduated from Madison High School. In 1976, he graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors of Science; and, in 1981 he graduated from The Ohio State University with his MD. He was a published author of two medically-related books. He is preceded in death by his father Stephen, and survived by his mother, Irene of Madison, brother Stephen of Geneva, sister Denise (Ralf Caswell) of Perry, nieces Nicole (Caswell) of Greenville, NC and Cassandra (Caswell) of Perry, and nephew Robert (Caswell) of Perry. Curtis enjoyed gardening and Cleveland sports. He was an avid bowler and was on the West Point bowling team. Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Reverend Father Sean Donnelly, at Immaculate Conception Church 2846 Hubbard Rd, Madison Ohio 44057, at 1:00 pm., , May 2, 2015.
