Obituary: JAKOBOWSKI, Margaret W. (Peggy), age 94, of ville passed away 4,2014, at St. Leonard. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Jakobowski; her parents, James and Ann (Hobbs) Taylor of Schenectady, New York; her brother, Alton Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her son-in-law, Steve Fisher of ville. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Perrone, and husband, Paul, of Moneta, Virginia and Linda Fisher of ville, Ohio, as well as her granddaughters, Peggy Weiss, and husband, Oliver, of Fairfax, Virginia and Theresa Seitner and husband, Tim, of Bellbrook, Ohio; grandsons Peter Perrone and wife, Margaret, of Menlo Park, California and Eric Fisher and wife, Jill, of Westland, Michigan. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, Gray and William Perrone, Samantha and Max Weiss, Taylor Seitner, and Ariana and Briana Fisher and numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret is a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School in Schenectady, New York. She and Ben were married in Schenectady in 1943, whereupon they moved to Dayton to join the war effort at Wright Patterson. During their 68 years of marriage, Margaret kept the home fires burning while Ben had a long and distinguished career of accomplishment at Wright Patterson. Margaret was a devoted mother and wife, giving generously of her time to volunteer activities with the Rosary Alter Society at Immaculate Conception Church and School, where she ran the candy drive and worked in the office. She was a leader in the Blue Birds and Camp Fire girls, as well as other civic organizations. She enjoyed gardening, supporting Brukner Nature , and spending time with her family. When Ben retired, she developed an interest in his hobby of photography and became an avid photographer herself. Together, they were active in the Tripod Camera Club of Dayton, where Margaret received numerous awards, including Photographer of the Year, for her work. traveled throughout the US photographing beautiful places, judging photo competitions, speaking to photo clubs and making new friends. In Margarets eyes, there was no such thing as a stranger. Margaret was a communicant of Immaculate Conception, Emmanuel, and Incarnation Catholic churches during her time in the Dayton area. Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. , 11, 2014, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME \ FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45429. Obituary: Samuel Jakober Sr., 102, of Fremont, passed away , 6, 2016, at Pristine Senior Living surrounded by his family. He was born the son of Samuel and Margarita (Kline) Jakober in B.D. Baska, Yugoslavia on 8, 1913, and he came to the United States in 1956. Samuel worked as a maintenance man for Prairie Builders-Old, and worked with his son at Complete Masonry. Samuel is preceded in death by his first wife, Christina Jakober, his second wife, Maria (Badster) Jakober, son, Samuel Jakober Jr., daughter, Christina Jakober, and brother, Frederick Jakober. Obituary: Theresa R. Terri (Rollins) Jaklich, 84, of Mentor, formerly of Euclid, passed away 31, 2015 at her home with her family by her side. She was born 2, 1930 in Cleveland. Mrs. Jaklich was a retired telephone operator from the former Ohio Bell & AT &T for over 35 years. She loved traveling with her husband Len, especially to Las Vegas and candy, especially chocolate and caramels. Theresa was a devout Catholic and spending time with her family was very special to her. Survivors are her husband of 60 years Leonard M. Jaklich; children Michelle (Gary) Fuller, Michael (Annette) Jaklich, Cindy (Terry) Kontra, Amy Jaklich and Wendy (John) Fandrich; grandchildren David (Yvonne) Longstreth Jr., Chris Jaklich, Kari (Scott) Lynch, Ashley Fuller and Rick, Zachary and Alexis Kozik; great grandchildren Zuzu and Arjun and her sisters Carole (David) Evans, Kathy (Carl) Onisi and Mary Ann Broeckel. She was preceded in death by her son Leonard Jaklich Jr., parents Anton Rollins and Ann Matteo and sister Irene Spradlin. Mass will be 9:30 am 3, 2015 at St. John Vianney Church 7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor (Please meet at the church.)
