Obituary: Julia Geraldine Jerry Jones, 92, died peacefully with her family by her side on , 27, 2016 at Golden Living in Bloomington. Born on 10, 1923 in Freedom, Indiana, she was the daughter of Francis Everett & Lucinda (Vandeventer) Watts. She married Harold B. Jones on 11, 1944 at Arlington Methodist Church in Bloomington. A beloved Mother and Grandmother, she is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Sue VanHorn; Joyce Ann Floyd (John); and Barbara Jean Shields (Ike); son James Harold Jones (Kathy). Also surviving are her 11 grandchildren, Beth Ann Sanford-Nixon; Alicia Dawn Williams (Mike); Jeffrey Todd VanHorn (Christi); John Scott Floyd; Matthew Heath Floyd; Britney Noel Bell (Charles); Nicholas Nathaniel Bell (Heather); Jacob Allen Jones (Ginny); Tiffany Shields (Bruce); Klay Gillham (Rachel); and Kris Gillham; 14 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. Jerry was preceded in death by her loving husband in 2010; her parents; her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Lawrence and Dova Jones; a brother, Richard Paris Watts; a sister, Lena Elizabeth Beck; and a nephew, John Richard Watts. She worked at RCA before becoming a cook for MCCSC at Binford and Bloomington High School North. She was also a school bus monitor for Richland-Bean Blossom Schools on a route that her husband drove. Jerry was a member of the Indiana Farm Bureau and Monroe Extension makers Association. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, shopping, doing word search puzzles and ceramics. Over the years she had attended Fairview Methodist, Simpson Chapel, New Prospect Church and Calvary Baptist Church. Friends may call from 4-8 on , 28 at Day & Deremiah-Frye , 4150 E Third St, in Bloomington. services will be held at 2pm on , 29 at the funeral home with Pastor Randy May officiating. Burial will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Obituary: JUDY JONES, went to heaven on , Nov. 4, 2015, to join her dearest husband Wayne Jones, "Darlin-Boy" as Judy would say. Judy was a graduate of Elmhurst High School where she excelled at academics and graduated top in her class. Judy attended Indiana University for a brief period and began raising her family with her husband Wayne Jones. Judy devoted most of her 40+ year career as a preschool teacher at Waynedale United Methodist Church. She adored children and took great satiation in having the opportunity to shape young minds. Judy Jones was admired by close friends and well-liked by all that knew her. To her family, Judy was deeply loved and respected. Judy was a devoted loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and spouse. Judy cherished friendships she maintained with longtime high school mates. Judy was an incredible mother, seamstress, decorator, flower arranger and gardener. Judy was a very classy lady with exceptional taste in all things she did. Judy was devoted to caring for and guiding the family her entire life, while making unselfish sacrifices along the way. She was always willing to assist others in need. Most of all Judy enjoyed the loving company of her dearest daughter Kirstin. She is survived by her father-in-law, Clifford Jones; sons, Randall (Kathy) Jones and Eric (Lori) Jones; daughter, Kirstin (Mike) Ormsby; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and brothers-in-law, Robert Jones and Jim (Peggy) Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Elsie Tam; husband, R. Obituary: Jualita R. Jones, of Dyer, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2015 at St. Margaret Franciscan care with her loving family at her side. Jualita was born on 28, 1947 to Paul, who survives, and Esther (Mykrantz) Moosmiller. Her mother preceded her in death and a nephew, Matthew Moosmiller. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 48 years, Joel Jones; her daughter, Rae Ellynne (Eric) Lee; grandson, Michael Lee; her brothers: Jerry (Shirley) Moosmiller and Gery Moosmiller; an aunt, Eunice Martin and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jones was a nursery school teacher for many years with Dyer Nursery School and YWCA of Hammond. She was a longtime and faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church of Dyer, where she was an elder, served as deacon, sang in the choir, and taught school. She was also a past Girl Scout Leader. Jualita and her husband were travel enthusiasts, visiting all fifty states. services will be , May 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn (8178 South Cline Ave. Schererville, Indiana 46375) with Rev.
