Obituary: Dale Linden Holcomb, 74, of Gonzales, TX, passed away on 4 2016, due to injuries sustained from an accident. The memorial service will be held at 10:00, 18, 2016 at Memorial Baptist Church in Killeen, TX. Pastor Justin Moss of Memorial Baptist Church will be officiating. are being handled by Crawford-Bowers , Killeen, TX. Dale was born in Astoria, Oregon on 2 1941. He graduated from R.A. Long High School in Longview, Washington and enlisted into the U.S. Navy in 1959, retiring honorably in 1978. Dale was married to Dee Ann Crabtree of Millington, TN for 26 years and although divorced remained close friends. Dale had an Associates degree from Bee in Applied Science. retiring from the Navy he worked as a general contractor and handy man. He enjoyed fishing, keeping up with friends and family, working with his hands and most of all playing golf. Dale is survived by his two children, son Douglas Holcomb of Humble, TX & daughter Danna Adcock (Joseph) of Killeen, TX, his siblings Gary Holcomb, Bill White, Mike Puckett, Linda Fournier, Susie Maddison, his stepfather Bill Puckett, his grandchildren Colton Thrash, Dawson Adcock, dear friends Darby & Teena Beyer of Gonzales, TX and Jim & Ellen OConnell of Pensacola, FL. Dale is preceded in death by his father Vorehess D. Holcomb & mother Maxine Puckett. Visitation: 1 p.m. . Brandon was born 12, 1979, in Fort Worth to Mr. and Mrs. Gary Holcomb. Brandon graduated from Northside High School of Medical Professionals before attending Texas Wesleyan of Fort Worth. He joined the Mansfield Police force and became a member of SWAT. Most recently he was furthering his career with AT&T. Brandon was a loving husband and adoring father. His infectious personality, great wit and charming sense of humor were family traits passed down from generations before. He was taken from us too soon, which brings to mind the quote by philospher Henri Fredric Amiel, "Life is short and we have never too much time for gladdening the hearts of those who are traveling the journey with us. Oh be swift to love, make haste to be kind." Obituary: Brad Holcomb went home to be with the Lord on , May 9, 2013. He was born on 16, 1957, in San Diego, CA, to Gordon and Loretta Holcomb. In 1985, he moved to Odessa, TX. During his years in Odessa, he was heavily involved in media and broadcasting, initially working as the program director of KODM and then later becoming a part-owner in KCDQ. success in radio, Brad ventured into residential and commercial security systems where he remained for the past 15 years as the Odessa branch manager of 1st Alarm Security. In 1987, he met and married the love of his life, Mary Ann, and they were happily married for the remaining 26 years. In 1992, the couple had twin boys Justin and Austin, whom he adored. Brad was a devoted and loving father who loved Jesus, the community, and his family. When asked how he was doing, his response was always living a dream. He never met a stranger and was always trying to help others become better; always leading by example and helping others succeed. His positive energy, honesty, and personality made him well respected amongst his peers. He loved going to the lake, golfing with his boys, the serenity of the ocean and the mountains. He took great pride in his work and always did the right thing with a smile. Brad is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Loretta Holcomb, his brother Gordon Holcomb and his niece Janell Holcomb. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Ann, twin sons Austin and Justin, brother Glynn Holcomb, nephews Gordon, Blake, and Trent Holcomb, all of Odessa, and nephew and niece Dalton and Danielle Holcomb, both of San Angelo; nieces and nephew Kassi Scheeler, Matt Roche and Devlin Longmire, all of Helena, MT; aunt and uncle Fred and Janell Spitz of Oklahoma City, OK; sisters and brothers-in-law Wanda and Marvin Mace, Dennis and Pam Longmire, Lee Longmire, and Karla Roche, all of Helena, MT; special friends Debi and Dwayne Hays of Odessa, TX; and his 1st Alarm family; Mom and Dad Longmire of Yuma, AZ; and numerous cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Safe Driving Campaign or to the Brad Holcomb Memorial Scholarship Fund at St. Johns Episcopal School, 401 N.
