Obituary: Bessie Shaw Hail passed away 14, 2015 in San Angelo, Texas. She was born on 29, 1932 on the Albert Graston farm to Truman and Gertrude Shaw. She married Fred Hail in 1951 and they remained married until his death in 1974. In this union they had four children, Michael, Gregory, Deborah and Phyllis. She was a military wife, a farmers wife and a supervisor of purchasing for patients needs at the San Angelo State School. Her life revolved around her family and friends. Her happiness was directly connected to helping others. She loved to read, sew, listen to George Strait and attend a ballgame. She taught us to be independent, competitive but always together. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her son, Gregory. She is survived by her son, Michael Hail and his wife Judy of Dallas; daughters, Deborah Waller of Carlsbad, Texas and Phyllis Rutland and her husband Craig of Hamilton; sister, Gloria Alexander and her husband Gene of Ganado, Texas; 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM at Johnsons . Services will be held 10:00 AM , 17, 2015, in Johnsons Chapel with burial following at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Obituary: Marshall C Haigood, 95, died , 1, 2017 in Wichita Falls. services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on , 6, 2017 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan with Rev. Bobby Gonzales officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on 5, 2017 at Hampton Vaughn . Marshall was born on 10, 1921 in Archer , Texas to W.O. Haigood and Lucy (Seigler) Haigood. He grew up in Clay , Texas, and married the love of his life, Doris Whitaker, on 5, 1942 in Bluegrove, Texas. Marshall was route supervisor for Taystee Bread where he worked for 41 years, retiring in 1983. He was a devoted member and deacon of Southside Baptist for 74 years. Marshall loved playing a competitive game of 42, was a golfer with 3 hole-in-ones, and was an avid fan of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys Marshall was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years; his parents; sister Pauline Brister; brothers Millard Haigood, Ewell Haigood, R.D. Haigood, and Bobby Haigood. Survivors include brother Finley Haigood of Wichita Falls, Texas; two sons Larry Haigood and wife, Mary of Tomball, Texas along with their children; and Lyndell Haigood and wife, Cathy of Wichita Falls, Texas. Survivors also include granddaughters Jennifer Blake and husband, Brett; and Dr. Jody Lorimer and husband, Ryan; and six great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the caregivers of Hospice of Wichita Falls for their love and compassion while caring for him. To them we are forever grateful.
