Obituary: William Harold Hensley, 67, of Franklinville passed away on , 20, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical . A funeral service will be held at the Loflin Chapel in Liberty, , 23, 2015 at 3:00 pm; officiated by Pastor Reginald Robbins; burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church . The family will receive friends on , 22, 2015 at Loflin in Liberty from 6:00-8:00 pm. Harold was the son of the late William Alvis Pete and Sallie Batchelor Hensley and was also preceded in death by his sisters, Evelyn Hensley Murray and Sharon Denise Shoe. Surviving is his wife of 14 years, Betty Lou Thompson Hensley; daughter, Gwendolyn Norada Hensley Ellington (Mark) of Randleman; son, William Mason Hensley (Kristie) of Asheboro; stepsons, Timmy Thompson of Graham and Jody Thompson of Liberty; sisters, Doris Hensley Scott (Jimmy) of Franklinville, Shirley Jean Robbins (Reginald) of Randleman and Karen Hensley Snow of Liberty, four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild and two step great-grandchildren. Obituary: Lawrenceville, GA- Wallace Dalton Hensley, of Rockville, MD and Lawrenceville, GA passed away 20, 2011 at the age of 88. services will be held , 23, at 1:00 PM at Frank Vogler and Sons, Reynolda Road Chapel. Interment will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. Dalton was born in Alamance , North Carolina on 2, 1923. Mr. Hensley spent the majority of his childhood in the American Childrens , an organization that remained in his heart throughout his life. He served in the US Navy and was employed by Wm. E. Kingswell Co for over 40 years as a purchasing and receiving agent. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Doris Pratt Hensley; parents, Wallace S. and Gladys Hopkins Leonard Hensley; sisters, Nadine OReilly and Helen Polk; and brother, Wallace S. Hensley, Jr. He is survived by his children, Gregory K. Hensley of Rockville, MD, Timothy K. (Candace) Hensley of Lawrenceville, GA and Sharon L. (Rick)Miller of Germantown , MD; sisters, Sarah Moore of Irvine, CA, Audrey Jones of Burlington and Gayle McMasters of Graham, NC; brother, Allen Leonard of Graham, NC and grandchildren, Ryan S. Miller, Christopher P. Hensley, Kimberly L. Hensley, Justin K. Miller, Alyssa Miller, and Brandon Miller; and great-grandson, Cash J. Hensley. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Childrens , PO Box 1288, 3844 Highway 8 S, Lexington, NC 27293-1288.
