Obituary: Aubry Ellis Houlditch, 10, a resident of Pike Road, AL, passed away on , 28, 2017. A Vigil of Life Celebration service will be held on , 30, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Christchurch Montgomery. Dress for the vigil maybe scout uniform, Auburn gear, or colorful attire (red and yellow are Aubry's favorite colors). service and Holy Eucharist in Celebration of the life of Aubry Houlditch is scheduled for , 31, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Christchurch with Fr. Andrew M. Rowell officiating. Aubry is survived by his parents, Kevin and Dondra Houlditch; brothers, Brewer and Michael Houlditch; paternal grandparents, Jamie and Dottie Houlditch; maternal grandparents, Donald and JoAnn Ledbetter; uncle, Mike Houlditch (Liz); aunts, Angie Ledbetter and Carla Hollis (Jarrett); godparents, Todd and Kaye Walker; and numerous cousins and friends. Aubry loved his family and friends. He was a student at Pike Road Elementary School and a member of Cubscout Pack 429. Among the many activities he loved were puppet ministry, scouting, guitar, art, fishing and building things. He was constantly tinkering and creating. Aubry never met a stranger and had a heart of gold when it came to helping those in need. He made an impact on everyone he encountered. Helen was married to Bill Houghton for 55 years. She was a faithful charter member of University Church of Christ. Her sister, Joyce Mathis Cook, preceded her in death. She is survived by a sister Ann (Jimmy) Urquhart and a brother Randall (Fran) Mathis. She leaves behind two children: Joel (Melissa) Houghton and Julie (Billy) Sahli; five grandchildren: Cole Barksdale, Shane Sahli, Will Houghton, Leah Houghton, Sam Houghton and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Obituary: Mrs. Lily Lind Hough, age 83, passed away on , 14, 2015 at a local nursing facility. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Floyd Hough, parents, Gustaf R. and Gladys Cromer Lind, son, Alan Lamar Hough and two siblings. Mrs. Hough was a longtime member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She was strong and devout in her faith and her family was her joy. Her favorite hobbies were cooking (especially baking wedding cakes) and sewing. She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother, grandmother and aunt. Mrs. Hough is survived by her siblings, Gus Lind, Myrtle Tyler, Bessie Parten, Sarah Gunn,David Lind (Cindy), Victor Lind (Michelle), three grandsons, Walter Clayton Hough (Shannon), James Ellis Hough (Lacy) and Matthew Alan Hough.
