Obituary: Edna L. Hyslop, age 96, went to be with her Lord and Savior , 11, 2012. Nashville, TN was her home for the past 32 years, and recently moved to Arkansas to be closer to her children. She loved being involved in the many ministries at Gospel Chapel on Sonya Rd. She was preceded in death by Jim, her husband of 63 years, her brother Harley and sister Bertha. She is survived by her sisters Frieda Neely, Esther Mancino, Alice (Kenny) Ralph, and brother Paul (Shirley) Miller. Her children Judy (James) Benson, Linda Meister, and Bruce (Tammy) Hyslop; grandchildren Brian (Missy) Benson, Aaron (Kim) Springer, Rachel Springer, Nick (Shamra) Rice, and Kevin Hyslop; great-grandchildren Chace Springer, Haylee Springer, Landon springer, Braden Rice, and Gavin Benson. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. , 14, 2012 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton . The Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. , 15, 2012 in Woodlawn's Dignity Hall with the interment immediately following in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
