Obituary: Dora( Miricchiolo) Giliberto 72, passed away on 22, 2015. She was the wife of the late Concetto Giliberto, who predeceased her in 1969. Born 17, 1942, in Floridia, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Sebastian and Concettina (Carpentieri) Buccheri previously residing in New Britain before settling in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dora was a member of St. Anns Parish in New Britain and was employed and retired by the State of Connecticut, but her greatest passion and dedication was found in caring and raising her three sons whom she loved so deeply, Sebastian Giliberto and his wife Tina of Berlin, Paul Giliberto and his wife Gina of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Claudio Giliberto of Fort Lauderdale, Fl. She touched the lives of so many and is credited with a sense of pride and amazement regarding her ability to do so much for her boys all on her own. She was a strong and dedicated mother who never let a day pass without saying I love you to her sons. Dora was also an amazing cook and anyone who had the privilege of tasting Doras creations was very lucky to do so. She put her heart in everything she made and her greatest joy was making sure everyone had plenty to eat. She will be dearly missed by so many. Besides her spouse and children Dora is survived by and will be dearly missed by her eight grandchildren, Jack, Michael and Marisa Giliberto, Alexandra and Joseph Giliberto, Dora and Concetto Giliberto of Italy and Sebby LaBella. Two brothers Giuseppe and Frank Maricchilo of Australia and a sister Pippa Buccheri of Italy. She was predeceased by five siblings Teresa Maricchilo, Mima Buccheri, Antonio Buccheri, Sebastian Buccheri and Salvatore Buccheri. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Rest in peace our beloved mother to finally reunite with our beloved father. Obituary: Michael Leighton Gilhousen (Gilley) Mike expressed his wishes for his family and friends to be joyful about having had In his words A Great Life rather than mourning his death. He wanted us to accept that he was ready and was not afraid and did not desire that we should worry. His feelings were that one who respects life and all it has to offer has no Fear of death or the life hereafter so live righteous and walk tall, fear no one and Respect all. Mike joined our Lord on 24, 2016 and he was born on 6, 1949 to Doris and Mickey Gilhousen who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Deanna and his Children Derek, Kristy and Michael as well as 4 Grandchildren and a host of Aunts, Nieces and Nephews. His two Brothers Charles (Darlene), Terry (Debbie). His three Sisters Mickie Stewart, Betty Sue Bennett (Jerry), Wendy McGill (Timmy) His lifelong best buddy Uwe Kadlecik and a good friend of 30 years Hal Little and many other great friends too many to list. Mike shared with his Wife a love of Animals. He was an Avid Fan of Nascar and in his younger days built and raced Stock Cars and raced in many competitions. He joined the Army in 1967 and served in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969 South of Saigon during the Tet Offensive. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, W/2 Bronze Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 1960 Device, Army Commendation Medal, 2 Overseas Bars, Sharpshooter (M-14) Marksman (M-16) He was extremely proud to be a Veteran and was granted an Honorable Discharge. leaving the Service he worked various jobs until he started his er with the City of Jacksonville Motor Pool where he completed 30 years of Service doing Metal and Fiberglass Fabrication. Upon Retirement he enjoyed repairing rod and reels and opened his own side business (Gilleys Rod and Reel Servicing and Repair) not for the profit but to please others with his special skills. He enjoyed time with his wife and friends Fishing which was his favorite pastime. The Service will be officiated by Pastor William D. Holland, Sr. of New Beginnings Christian . Obituary: Patricia L. Gilham was born on 8, 1944 in Flushing, OH to her parents Harland and Irene (Huff) Eberhart. She passed away at the age of 71 on 14, 2016 in Cape Coral, FL. Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Kenneth Gilham; Kenneth Bo (Heather) Gilham and Kendra Gilham all of Cape Coral; and many cousins, friends, and animal friends who will miss her dearly. Patty was born and raised in Flushing, OH and came to Cape Coral in 1985 with her family. Patty was a caring and nurturing woman who loved and enjoyed hosting people in her home. She was very strong in her faith and was a member of the 1st Christian Church of Cape Coral. Patty has always been known as the person to give her shirt from her back to help others. Her happiness came from helping and caring for other people. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Flushing Christian Church; 201 High Street, Flushing, OH on , 27, 2016 beginning with a calling hour at 11:00 am.
