Obituary: Anna Marjorie O'Neall Geeslin died 19, 2015 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Jacksonville. Anna was born in Waynesville, Ohio, on 19, 1914. She moved with her family to Jacksonville, Florida in the early 1930s. In Jacksonville, she worked for many years for Southern Bell until her marriage to Dr. Lawrence E. Geeslin. Together they enjoyed extensive travel, music, reading, cooking classes, and spending time with family and friends. A consummate lady, always gracious and soft-spoken, Anna also had a keen sense of humor and a strong and determined will. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence and three brothers: Albert E. O'Neall, Charles F. O'Neall and Hugh T. O'Neall. She is survived by stepsons Lawrence S. Geeslin and George M. Geeslin (Barbara) and their son Bayard; a nephew John S. O'Neall (Siv); a niece Marjorie O'Neall Eubank (Joe); a great-niece Kathryn O'Neall Robinson (Charlie) and their children Tripp, Emma and Arden; a great-nephew Arden Tucker Herrin (Trista) and their sons Abijah and Phineas; and her devoted caregivers Maria and Joanne. Anna will be interred in a private ceremony at Arlington National . |

Obituary: GEESEY, Lorraine A., 75, of Sun City , Fla. passed away suddenly 8, 2011. Originally from Cedar Springs and Grand Rapids, Michigan, she and her beloved husband of 42 years retired to Florida in 1991. She loved her family, traveling , and her volunteer work with the children of the Beth-El Farm Workers Ministry. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Geesey; her parents, Agnes Dykstra Zielinski and Richard Leon Zielinski. She is survived by her son, Allen Geesey (Lisa); her daughter, Robin Bartel (James); four grandchildren, Lori, Mero, Leila and Alexandra; and one great-grandchild, Alice Claire.
