Obituary: Martha Ann Conley Gillilan went to be with the Lord on , 4, 2014. Memorial service: 1 p.m. at South Hills Baptist Church, 7350 Granbury Road, Fort Worth. Interment: 10 a.m. in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the youth camp fund of South Hills Baptist Church or Wedgwood Baptist Church. Martha Ann Conley Gillilan was born in Buffalo, Okla., on Aug. 7, 1939, to Harold and Edna Conley. lived in Buffalo until Martha was ready to start the sixth grade and they moved to Woodard, Okla. She attended Woodard public schools until she graduated in 1957. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1961 and then moved to Oklahoma City to be a church secretary. There she met Warren Gillilan, whom she married 21, 1963, at her home church in Woodard, Okla. Survivors: Her husband of 51 years, Warren; daughters, Beverly Bain and Mary Eldredge and their spouses; seven grandchildren; sister, Vesta Webb of Woodard, Okla.; and brothers, Earl Conley of Mustang, Okla., and Clayton Conley of Dexter, Kan. |

Obituary: Winford (Gil) Gilliam, 75 of Houston Texas went home to be with the Lord 2nd, 2017. Winfords endless concern for others & deep faith led him to request memorial donations in lieu of funeral services. Obituary: Tommy Carroll (T.C.) Gilliam, age 70, of Waco, TX passed away , 18, 2016 at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Round Rock, TX, surrounded by three of his daughters. services will be held , 22, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Connally/Compton Directors. Interment will follow in Oakwood . The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm prior to the service. Mr. Gilliam was born on 3, 1946 in Waco, TX to Edward Giles and Donna Lucille Posey Gilliam. preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by five brothers, Kenneth, James, Herschel, Edward, Donald and a sister Norma Faye. Tommy graduated from Waco High School in 1964 where he played football and baseball. He was an avid bowler through the years. Other hobbies included country and western dancing, watching football and baseball games, playing chess and other board games, reading, crossword puzzles, writing poetry and spending time with family and friends. He served his country in the United States Army. He moved to the Houston suburbs where he worked as a night supervisor for Reed Tool ; he really enjoyed his time in Pasadena, TX. In the early 80s, he moved back to Waco where he worked as a machine operator at WalWorth and later retired from Tymco. Tommy is survived by his children, Kirsten Gilliam Glenn and her husband Mark, Kimberli Gilliam Dunham and her husband Todd, Carrie Michelle Hines and her husband Stewart from his first marriage with Paula Jean Thompson Gilliam. David Allan Gilliam and his wife Brandy, Candice Renee Lopez and her husband Rene from his second marriage to Karen. Grandchildren include Christopher, Austin, and Morgan, Joshua and wife Kaitlin, Caleb, Tommy Joe, Tommy, Joey, and Leo. His nephew Donald Sonny Gilliam as well as other nieces, nephews and cousins. T. C. was a very easy-going, simple man who always wore a smile on his face. Those who knew him will miss his happy go lucky attitude about life. He will truly be missed by many. |
