Obituary: .Antoinette Marie Guidi, 4, 1956- 24, 2016, San Diego Surrounded by her loving family, Antoinette Marie Guidi passed away on 24, 2016. Antoinette was born to Anthony and Rosalie DAcquisto on 4, 1956, the second of six children. She was raised in Mission Hills and graduated from San Diego High School. On 22, 1974, Antoinette married Louis V. Guidi, whom she was married to for 41 years. On 31, 1976, she gave birth to her son Anthony. Anthony was her pride and joy and Antoinette was a devoted mother. From Little League games, to school projects, to guiding her son to be a Radiologic Technologist, Antoinette was always by her sons side. Antoinette wanted her son to marry a ice Italian girl, which he did in 2007. From the moment they met, Antoinette welcomed her daughter in law Patrizia into the family. Antoinette treated Patrizia as a true daughter and was there whenever she needed her. On 25, 2014, Antoinette became a Nana to Madelyn Grace. It was her greatest joy. Madelyn fulfilled Antoinettes dream of becoming a grandmother and she cherished every minute of it. Though her recent journey with cancer was difficult, Antoinettes face would light up and she would smile bright anytime Madelyn was near. Antoinette was the true definition of a family woman. When she wasn with her husband and son, or at work, she could often be found with family. Antoinette prided herself on being a loving daughter and spent most of her days helping her parents in any way they needed. She also loved spending time with her brothers and sisters, in laws and all of her nieces and nephews. All of the children in her family will tell you that Antoinette was a second mom to them and a very big part of their lives. loved their morning doughnuts and coffee with her and her attendance at every one of their events. Antoinette was a special education teachers aide at Grant Elementary for 30 years and she was a dedicated employee. She had a heart for children and was a second mom to her students. Antoinette was also very loved by her coworkers, whom she would often refer to as her school family. Antoinette loved to help out. If you needed help throwing a party, she was there. Help with a school project, no problem. Needed to shop for an occasion, she was there. Anything you could think to ask and she was there to give. Her selflessness was a true inspiration to all who knew her. Antoinette was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Parish and the Madonna del Lume Society of San Diego. She led or participated in multiple fundraisers, including those for pediatric cancer, Mexican orphanages and the Monarch School for children. She was an amazing gardener, a fantastic party planner and the epitome of class and elegance. She is already very missed. Antoinette is survived by her parents, Anthony and Rosalie DAcquisto, her husband Louis Guidi, her son Anthony (Patrizia) Guidi and her granddaughter Madelyn Grace Guidi. She was also survived by her siblings, Anna (Nino) Pecoraro, Thomas (Mary) DAcquisto, Jack (Antoinette) DAcquisto, Angela (Giuseppe) Sanfilippo, Rosalie (Pasquale) DiMento and her sister in laws Kathy (Nick) Gerache and Maria (Kevin) Unayral. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she loved very much. A Rosary and a Mass will be held on , 29, 2016 at 9am, with internment immediately following at Holy Cross . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the of Dimes, Rady Childrens Hospital San Diego, and Moores Cancer . |

Services will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church on , 24, 2011 at 10:30 am. Private graveside respects will be reserved for his family at Hillcrest . Frank was born 30, 1926 in Los Angeles, California to Henry and Virginia Guidera. established their produce business and moved to Shafter, California. Shortly after they purchased their ranch near Lamont and began H.A. Guidera and Son which became Guidera Farms. In 1964 he married the love of his life, Davia David. She completed the family circle of Frank and sons, Tim, Henry, and Stephen, fully closing the circle with the birth of their daughter, Nancy. Frank H. Guidera was established in 1970. Frank was a commissioner for the Table Grape Commission of California. A post he held for twenty-two years. He was innovative in his industry with the pioneering of the trellis system of growing grapes that he researched in Europe in Po Valley, and he started in his own business thirty years ago. Frank brokered potatoes with his parents and continued this business for many years. Frank loved and enjoyed playing golf, dining, and travel. He served as President at Bakersfield Country Club. He traveled to many excited places with family and friends. His favorites were Hawaii, England, and Italy. Franks first priority and enjoyment was his family. Frank had many friends that he treasured and held close to his heart. He was loved- and he loved. Frank was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Chris Anthony Guidera. He is survived by his wife, Davia, his children, Tim and Rachelle, Henry and Ruth, Stephen and Stephenie, Nancy and Mike, his grandchildren Chase, Frank, Natasha, Brianna, Elisabeth, and Christopher, great grandchildren Hannah, Kylee, Gabriel, Kaytee, Zoe, Trent, Patrick, Gracie, Julianna and Samantha, godsons Justin and Nathan, cousin Paula and husband Mike and their children held a special place in his heart, sister and brother-in-law Joyce and Bill and son Eric, cousins Ellen and cousin Donald, special people in his life Mary Dye and Ed Hill. Special thanks and appreciation to William J. Baker, Jr. for his years of care concern and friendship. The family would also like to thank Harold J.
