Obituary: Mary Betty Gillenwater, 86, of Muldrow, OK, passed away , May 16, 2011, at a local hospital. She was born 12, 1924 in Pine Bluff, AR to the late Rubin and Bennie Marie Rinehart. She was a retired Floor Inspector from Whirlpool Corporation after twenty years. She was a member of the First Church of God in Fort Smith, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Gillenwater, three sons Buddy, Benny and Tim Gillenwater and one sister Ida Sharp. service will be 11:00 AM , May 19, 2011, at Edwards Chapel with Pastor Glen Edmondson officiating. Burial will be at Forest Park in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards . She is survived by four daughters Sondra Worst and husband Robert of Fort Smith, Susie Curtis of Fort Smith, Diane Johnson Payton and husband Recil of Sallisaw, OK and Frances Childers of Muldrow, OK, one son Rodney Gillenwater of Muldrow, OK, seventeen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Pallbearers will be Larry and Dillon Gillenwater, Johnny and Joey Worst and Kyle and Kolby Hathaway. The family will visit with friends evening from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Edwards . |

Obituary: Mary Jackie Gillen-Miller, 85, of Oklahoma City, passed away surrounded by her family 27, 2011. Jackie was born 3, 1926, in Prosper, Texas to Jack and May Smith. She married William Gillen and they were married for almost 50 years before his death in 1995. Jackie was active in SPE Wives, EnAmi Book Club, and SCORE. She was a member of Quail Springs Baptist Church until 1987 when she became a member of Cherokee Hills Baptist Church. Jackie was a big sports enthusiast and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Oklahoma State, Texas A & M, Thunder Basketball, Oklahoma City 89ers and Red Hawks. Jackie married Berle Miller in 1997 and they were married for 8 years before he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Juanita Heath and Frances Greene. She is survived by her sister Mitzie Reeves of Ft. Worth, Tx; children Vicki Vaughan and husband Jeff of OKC, Valree Crissman and husband Robert of Littleton, Co, Vance Gillen and wife Alicia of Dallas, TX; grandchildren Shauna Walker, J.J. Vaughan, Claudia Chambliss, Kyle Crissman, Scott Crissman, Garett Gillen, Heather Martin; great grandchildren Paeton and Parker Walker, Kendall and Jocelyn Chambliss and Avery Martin. The family will receive guests at Hahn Cook , 29 from 6-8 p.m. services will be 3 p.m., , 30, 2011 at Cherokee Hills Baptist Church, 5700 N.W. 63rd Street, with interment following in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
