Obituary: Auburn - Fernand G. Goulet 79, of 34 Mary St. Lewiston died , 11, 2010 at the Hospice House following a long illness. He was born in Lewiston, 13, 1930 a son of the late Wilfred & Elmire Bilodeau Goulet. He was educated in Lewiston schools graduating from Lewiston High School in the Class of 1949. He served in the Korean Conflict in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from USM in Portland with a degree in Business. Mr. Goulet was a member of the prince of Peace Parish at Holy Cross Church and owned and operated the Flamingo Inn on Lisbon St. for 23 years. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and snowmobiling and cars. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren. Fern will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor and the love he showed to his family. He is survived by his wife the former Micheline Vallieres of Lewiston whom he married 2, 1962, 2 daughters, Deborah Jalbert and husband Edward of Lewiston, Diane L. Goulet of Lewiston, a son Thomas Goulet and wife Doreen of Wales, his son-in-law Shawn Dube of Auburn, 7 grandchildren, Nathan Cyr, Tyler Roy, Nicholas Jalbert, Abby Goulet, Sadie Goulet, Noah Jalbert and Brandon Dube, a great-granddaughter Haylee Cyr, his brothers-in-law, Lucien Vallieres, Richard Vallieres and wife Gloria, Gilles Vallieres and wife Charlotte, a sister-in-law Theresa Goulet and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Denise Marie Dube and his brother Maurice Goulet and his parents. The family wishes to thank all the wonderful staff and Physicians at the Hospice House for the care they gave. Obituary: AUBURN - Donald R. Goulet, 66 of Lewiston died , Sept. 6 at the Hospice House of Androscoggin and Hospice after a period of failing health. He was born in Lewiston, Oct. 8, 1947 son of the late Antonio and Cecile Galarneau Goulet. Don was educated in Lewiston schools and graduated from St. Dominic High School in 1965. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War and was the recipient of two purple hearts. He married Donna Nelson on Aug. 30, 1969. He began his career with the U.S. Customs and from 1982 until his retirement in 2002 was employed by the F.B.I. as a special agent. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing but most importantly time spent with his family. Don's greatest joy in life was his six grandchildren. Upon Don's retirement from the FBI, he aspired to write a book about his life and his experiences. Don realized his dream in 2008 when the book he authored entitled "Chesuncook" was published. He is survived by his wife Donna of Lewiston; two daughters, Karen Doiron and husband Chris of Beacon Falls, Conn. and Kristen Fluet and husband James of Gorham; a son, Keith Goulet and wife Hilary of Annapolis, Maryland; six grandchildren, Payton and Cassidy Doiron, Lauren and Will Goulet and Lydia and Emily Fluet; a sister, Monique Nadeau and husband Fern of Kennebunkport; a brother, Bertrand Goulet and wife Gloria of Sabattus. He will be greatly missed by his brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his Marine Corp brothers (Semper Fi), Law Enforcement Family and numerous friends. You can always see them but they are always there! a lifetime of touching so many of his friends and family members, trying to make their lives better, Cameron E. Goulet 27 of Rejane Ave. died , 8, 2014 at his home. He was born in Presque Isle, Maine on 24, 1987 a son of John and Judy Gowell Goulet. He graduated from Edward Little High School in the class of 2005. He worked at LePage Bakery and enjoyed having intellectual conversations with many people and playing Frisbee Golf. With his beloved daughter Annabelle, he loved to climb trees, take long walks, play fun games, watch movies, go to the playground, and decorate Christmas cookies. He was one with his dog Zoe, and read books focused on spiritual development. He truly cared for his friends and wanted to support them in their time of need. He was very kind, thoughtful and patient. His smile was genuine and meaningful. He cared deeply about peoples feelings and tried to help his friends recognize their importance in this world and the gifts they had to offer, even as he searched for greater meaning in his own life. The members of Cams family who can now continue to reflect his goodness in this world include his Mom and stepfather Judy & Jerry Gosselin of Lewiston, his father and stepmother John & Marjean Goulet of The Villages, FL, his treasured daughter Annabelle Goulet and her mother Ashley Levesque of Turner, his brother Captain Ryan Goulet, U.S. Army and his wife Captain Laura Goulet, U.S. Army of Harker Heights, TX, his maternal grandmother Mary S. Gowell of Auburn, his Auntie Bets Betsy Vallee and her husband Lance of Auburn, his aunt Lee Farnan and her husband Scout from Duncansville, PA, his aunt Nikki White and her husband Mike of Sinclair, his uncle Mike Goulet and his wife Rocky of Lewiston, his uncle Tony Goulet and his wife Shauna of Masardis, many cousins, and his best friend Chantel St. Laurent. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Earl B. Gowell and his paternal grandparents Leo and Kay Goulet.
