Obituary: Bostick Foster, of Terrell, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by loving family on 19, 2015. was born Dec. 23, 1947 and she lived in, and was a daily part of, the Terrell area her whole life. In a word, was a true “original”. With her, you always knew that what you saw was what you got. She could, and would, very often tell you exactly what was on her mind-however, there was no denying that anything she told you would be said kindly and caringly. There are countless stories of so many who thought they had met for an instant when in reality, they had gained a lifelong friend. She had the fantastic ability to remember names, recognize faces, and because of these talents, was always the person who could make sure any get-together was a great time had by all. She chatted with everybody in an easy and familiar way that made them feel like they were talking to a lady they had known their whole life. As well, if had known you for years, she greeted you every time with a big smile and an even bigger hug. She not only made complete strangers feel welcome in any situation, she truly showed love to all she met in any circumstance. was a longtime employee of Anderson-Clayton Bros. and her beautiful smile and familiar face helped many grieving families to find continuity in a time of brokenness. She could, and would, sit and listen for hours to others who just needed to talk. would always help anyone in need, even if it meant that she herself would do without. She was a faithful member of Daughters of the Nile and Order of the Eastern Star, held memberships with Lions Club and Kiwanis as well as assisting her husband, Kenneth, in his many service positions with the local Masonic lodges and Shriners. loved to laugh-she could see the humor in every situation and you knew you were going to get valuable advice when she started out a conversation with her signature phrase, “Let me tell you something…”! There was never a more devoted wife than when Kenneth’s health began to decline. She was a powerhouse of support to him and after his stroke, she became his primary caretaker in their home and she lovingly and tirelessly cared for him until his passing on Nov. 28, 2013. Kenneth passed away, stayed active in her family’s lives and also at work but there was never a day that went by that she didn’t mention how much she missed Kenneth. was also very steadfast in her faith-she was a member of LifePoint Church where she enjoyed listening how the Lord was at work in every life, especially hers. A devoted wife, loving mother, adoring grandmother and faithful friend, will be absolutely missed by her family, friends, colleagues and her community. Those left to carry on her legacy are her son, Kenneth Foster, Jr. (Kenny); grandchildren: Kenneth Foster III (Trey), Taylor Lopez; great grandson, Gabriel Foster; son, Brian Foster and wife, Michelle; grandchildren: Rolan Foster, Savannah Foster, Blake Harwell and wife, Jessica; great grandson, Hagen Harwell; daughter, Laura Kay Wolfe and husband, Bart; grandchildren: Ashley Howard, Breanna Wolfe, Collin Wolfe, Logan Wolfe, Lance Wolfe and Brittany Murphy and husband Brett; daughter, Angela Foster; grandson, Levi Foster as well as other extended family members and friends whose lives she touched with her genuineness and her boundless love. service will be at 2:30pm, , 22, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Terrell after which she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Kenneth, at Oakland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6-8pm, , 21, at Anderson-Clayton Bros. . Obituary: Joyce Annabelle Ann (Ballard) Foster, age 52 of Smithville, TX ended her 11 month battle with cancer in the early hours 15th when the Angels came down to bring her to her forever home in Heaven. She loved her dear Lord, Jesus Christ very much. She loved her 5 children and the outdoors.
