Obituary: Henry Julius Fontenette was born 28, 1927 in Loreauville, Louisiana to Henri and Antoinette Fontenette. Henry professed a faith in Christ at an early age at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Port Arthur, Texas. He later joined Holy Cross Catholic Church in Austin, Texas. Henry was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Port Arthur. graduation he had the distinction of serving in the United States Air Force. serving four years of active duty in the military he received an Honorable Discharge. Upon returning to Port Arthur, he married Theresa Peron and to this union five children were born. Henry relocated to Austin, Texas in 1957, where he worked for Charles Maund Oldsmobile and Cadillac until his retirement. Henry wore many hats. He was Brother, Uncle, Husband, Father, Parin and Pops. He gave unconditional love and will be missed by all who knew him. He departed this life on , 21, 2009 in Austin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Henri Fontenette, his sister, Louise Allen and his son, Phillip Craig Fontenette. He leaves joyous memories to his children, Kenneth (Susan) of Pflugerville, Michelle of Arlington, Mike (Lisa) of Austin, Kerry of Austin, and Julius of Virginia, 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held , 26, 2009 at Cook Walden/Capital Parks , 14501 N. IH-35. Rosary will be at 9:00 a.m. and Services at 10:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow at Cook-Walden Memorial |

Obituary: Dessie Mae Fontecchio Nee Presley, 92, passed away on 6, 2014. She was born to Eddie and Dessie Presley on 21, 1922 in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents. Dessie is survived by her son: Ed Fontecchio and wife Debra of Richardson, Texas; daughter: Paula Shipley and significant other Sterling Logue of Austin, Texas; grandsons: Dustin and Dylan Shipley of Austin, Texas; grandson: David McKee and wife Madeline of Addison, Texas; as well as many loving friends. raising her children, Dessie pursued a career with the Federal Government as a statistician. She also worked as a realtor. Dessie owned and managed several rental properties, including an apartment complex in the Oak Lawn area. A true renaissance woman, Dessie worked as a model and actress for a time. selling her rental properties, Dessie traveled the world. Her passion for travel and experiencing new cultures was legendary among her family and friends. Dessie was voracious bridge player and excelled at duplicate. Later in life, Dessie turned her artistic talents to line dancing. She loved her line dancing group and was extremely proud of their performances. Dessie owned dogs her entire life and cherished each as a beloved furry family member. Visitation with be held at Sparkman Richardson (1029 S. Greenville Ave, Richardson, Texas 75081 / (972)-238-7855) on , 10, 2014 from 5:00-7:00pm. services will also be held at Sparkman Richardson on , 11, 2014 at 11:00am.
