Obituary: Virgil Lee Fringer, 79, of Visalia, California passed away on , 23, 2015 after a long illness and just 3 days before his 80th birthday. He was the fourth of five children born to Glen L. Fringer and Verda (Jones) Fringer. Virgil was born near the village of Northbranch, Kansas. graduation from Guide Rock High School in Nebraska, he worked in construction from a short time. Virgil spent 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Mechanic, dealing mostly with B-52, cargo or refueling planes. Virgils duty spanned the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. Following his retirement, Virgil moved his family to Visalia where he did mechanic work for Steve Gagnos Garage and Jerry Hill at the Mobil Station. Virgil later worked as a rural carrier for USPS and retired again from this service. He was a dyed-in-wool Huskers fan; you always knew Virgil would be in front or the TV on afternoon-everything else could wait. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Virgil is survived by his wife Chalong and three children, Dootduan Aoo Fringer Hevener, Lisa Davis (Hayes) and Rob Fringer (Vanessa). There are six grandchildren, Tyler and Alisa Hevener, Ashlee and Maddison Davis and Sierra and Brenden Fringer and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides the immediate family, he is survived by his brother Ronald of Grand Island, NE and two sisters, Glenda Douthit of Visalia and Sharon Rust (Jim) of Superior, NE. He was preceded in death by his parents and older brother, Rex Fringer. The Memorial service will be held on , 29, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 5200 West Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA. Obituary: Carmel, CA - We celebrate Dixie Pauline Frincke born 4, 1925 in Checotah, Oklahoma, the only child of James and Myrtle Ferguson. Dixie passed peacefully 18, 2012, at the age of 87, after an extended stay in the ICU at Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula. She was surrounded by those who loved her. Dixies final journey was one of courage, strength, determination and heart. We will miss her fierce independence and zest for life. Dixie graduated from Southwest Louisiana Institute in Lafayette, LA, in 1945 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She met her future husband Milton Frincke in the science lab where they were lab partners. were married in May of 1945 and eventually moved to California. Moving with Miltons career in the California State Park System, mom was a long time homemaker and had a way of making every house the family home. She expressed her unique style in her home and gardens and shared their beauty with all who visited. moved to the Monterey Peninsula first in 1957 and again in 1969 where they resided and ultimately retired in Carmel Valley. She especially loved her beading of semi precious stones, antiquing at local auction houses and occasional trips to casinos where she often won. She was a force to be reckoned with in a game of Scrabble, Tile Rummy and crossword puzzles. The matriarch of the Frincke family lives on in her home and garden as we continue to gather and celebrate family. Dixie was preceded in death by her husband Milton Frincke in 1990 and her grandson Darek McMahan in 2007. She is survived by her children, James Frincke (Traci) of Del Mar; Linda Frincke McMahan of Lansing, Michigan; Thomas Frincke (Heather) of Carlsbad and John Frincke (Cindi) of Pacific Grove. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Sara Quiroz (Eddie); Molly Valdez (Ernesto); Alisa Frincke (Mario); Leana Frincke; Johnathan Frincke and Carson Frincke. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, Austin McMahan, Darek Parker Quiroz, Lucia Valdez and Franco Braghieri. Her final journey created numerous opportunities for her family and friends to come together, heal and love. A special message of gratitude from the family to all of the compassionate and caring physicians, nurses and therapists of the ICU/CCU at CHOMP. Obituary: Rev. Msgr. Eugene Paul Frilot 12, 1929 – 19, 2017 Reverend Monsignor Eugene P. Frilot, 87, entered into Eternal Life on , 19, 2017, at St. John of God Retirement & in Los Angeles, CA. He was born to Gilbert and Jessie (Lambert) Frilot on 12, 1929 in his hometown of Los Angeles, California, where he also attended school. Msgr. Frilot attended St. John’s Seminary in Camarillo in 1949 and was ordained to the Priesthood by Cardinal James Francis McIntyre on 27, 1955. During his active ministry, Msgr. Frilot served the following parishes of the Los Angeles Diocese: St. Emydius in Lynwood (1955), San Antonio de Padua in Los Angeles (1955-1956), St. Bartholomew in Long Beach (1956-1958), Visitation in Los Angeles (1958-1961), St. Michael’s in Los Angeles (1961-1965), Holy Family in Glendale (1965-1970), Queen of Angels Seminary in San Fernando (1970-1974), St. John’s Seminary & in Camarillo (1974-1986). He received the title of Monsignor in of 1975. Msgr. Frilot served as our beloved Pastor of Incarnation Parish in Glendale (1986-1999). 13 years as Pastor, in 1999, Msgr. Frilot’s request for retirement was granted. He stayed with Incarnation as Pastor Emeritus for another 11 years until he needed to move to a care facility. 62 years as a priest and pastor, he went home to the Lord. Msgr. Frilot was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Jessie Frilot; his sister, Denise Petersen and brother-in-law, James Shenk. He is survived by his sisters, Corinne (Ed) Imlay and Joan Shenk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held , 24th at 11:00a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation in Glendale, CA. Most Reverend José H. Gomez, Archbishop of Los Angeles, will preside.
