Obituary: Samuel Foust trusted his Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior on 6, 2001, and on evening 27, 2014, the Lord drew him to Himself. He was born in Conesville, Ohio, on 30, 1917, the son of the late William and Sarah (Jones) Foust. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Kathryn (Dunlap) Foust, and is survived by his son: Jeff Foust of Coshocton, Ohio. Sam won three first place blue ribbons for Conesville High School in the 1936 Coshocton Track Championships. He served in the U. S. Army from 1942-1945, and was a block operator with the 730th Railroad Battalion in Tehran, Persia. His unit was responsible for shipping food through the lend-lease program to the Russian Front. A bricklayer by trade, Sam was a fifty year member of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Union. A private family graveside service was held in South Lawn . |

During WWII, Marjorie served on the home front as a draftsman for Goodyear and was later employed at that capacity by Kaiser Engineers at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. She enjoyed gardening but her passion for artistic expression was in doing chalk portraits, mainly of animals. Marjorie was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Painesville. She is survived by her son, Wes Foust of Rome, OH. She was preceded in death by husband, Myron Foust; her parents; twin brother, Miles; sister, Evelyn; daughter-in-law, Lillian.
