Obituary: Superior Mother Audrey Rebekah Fontaine was born on 2, 1922 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Elder Isaac Henry Fontaine, Sr. and Mother Lula Mary Harrison Ballard Fontaine. She peacefully gave up the Ghost on 21, 2013 at Autumn in Coshocton, Ohio. As a very young child, in 1926, Mother Rebekah became a member of the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob, in Westover, Maryland with her mother and two of her siblings, Phyllis and Hilliard. At that time, Mother Lula was with child, Isaac, Jr. (Advanced Pr. Elder Isaac J. H. Fontaine, Jr.) As Mother Rebekah grew in the church, she found great joy in devoting her life to the work of the Lord. In , 1937 her mother, saw her devotion to the church and she allowed Mother Rebekah to be used in the missionary field for the Lord under the reign of Father W. Israel., J.I.S. In her works as a missionary, she was blessed to travel to several churches throughout the coast of Israel to do many works of the Lord, including conducting revivals. Many members united during some of those missionary tours. Mother was blessed to be elevated as follows: she was licensed to the ministry 1936 in Newark, New Jersey; consecrated to the Motherhood 1938 in Loretta, Maryland; ordained to the Ministry 13, 1939, in Loretta, Maryland; elevated to Senior Motherhood 10, 1952 in Bethlehem Township, Ohio; elevated to Advanced Senior Motherhood 16, 1955 in Bethlehem Township, Ohio and elevated to a Superior Mother 6, 1965 in Bethlehem Township, Ohio. Mother Rebekah graduated from the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob first Bible School Class on 26, 1958 as the class Valedictorian. She taught others the great importance of attending both Bible School and School classes. Because of her interest in the youth of the church, she coordinated many of the first Israels Day Programs. Superior Mother Rebekah labored diligently for the Leaders of this Great church. She worked as the Personal Secretary to Father W. Israel, J.I.S. for many years until His demise in 1972. When Father W. B. Israel, S.O.T. formed the Board of Directors, Mother Rebekah held the office of Secretary. She held this position for many years and continued to be employed as the Executive National Secretary Treasurer of the church. On 1, 1980, our beloved Father and Leader, Father J. Daniel Israel, J.O.G., honored Superior Mother A. Rebekah Fontaine by presenting her with a beautiful maroon stole with white fringe. Superior Mother Rebekah continued in this capacity until her retirement on 17, 2012. Superior Mother Rebekah will long be remembered as a lady in dress and in deeds. She enjoyed being in the company of the saints of God and in the company of her family. She was always happy to help those in need and she counted it a great blessing to be able to hand you a beautifully wrapped gift or just a thoughtful card. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elder Isaac H. Fontaine, Sr. and Mother Lula M. Fontaine; her Stepmother, Sr. Mother Florence Fontaine; three brothers, Advanced Pr. Elder Isaac H. Fontaine, Jr.; Mr. Thomas T. Fontaine; Mr. Hilliard E. Fontaine; and five sisters, Sister Ursula Hammond; Ms. Lula Christine Fontaine; Ms. Mary Ellen Brown; Ms. Phyllis Bischoff; and Ms. Helen E. Fontaine. Superior Mother Audrey Rebekah Fontaine leaves to celebrate the life that she lived, her sister-in-law, Superior Mother E. Lydia Fontaine (Advanced Pr. Elder Isaac J. H. Fontaine, Jr.), of Sacramento, CA; two brothers, Mr. Levi I. Fontaine of San Mateo, CA and Mr. Joseph H. Fontaine of Palm Coast, Florida (Rev. Dr. Fran Manning-Fontaine); a sister, Ms. Anna M. Fontaine, of Princess Anne, Maryland; eight Godchildren and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Great Godchildren; Great Nieces and Great Nephews; devoted friends; three Godsisters and co-workers in the Gospel. Obituary: Rev. Daniel M. Fonseca, Jr., 53, of Danville, died suddenly and unexpectedly on , 18, 2015 at his residence. Pastor Dan was born on 19, 1962 in Brockton, MA. He had been a Vermilion resident for 8 years prior to relocating to Danville in 2008 as the Director of Camp McPherson in Danville, Ohio. Pastor Dan graduated from Life East Bible with a Bachelors of Theology and has been an ordained minister for over 20 years. He had been a leading figure within the Harbourtown Community Foursquare Church, along with his wife Rev. Della. Pastor Dan was a District Youth Representative within the New England territory and Senior Pastor in his hometown of Attleboro, MA. He loved music, art, and photography, but it was his faith, wife, children and being pappy to his grandchildren that were most important. He also enjoyed going on various adventures and had a comedic sense of humor, which made him the best storyteller, ever! He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Rev. Della (nee Markley); daughters, Becky (Nate) Ortiz and Rachel (Bryan) Powers; son, Jacob Daniel Fonseca; grandchildren, Aimee Powers, and Ariana and Xavier Ortiz; sister, Linda Rodrigues; brothers, Michael and Timothy Fonseca; mother, Jean Fonseca; father, Daniel Sr. (Bev); and many nieces and nephews. A Life Celebration Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., with refreshments to follow, on , 22, 2015 at Harbourtown Community Foursquare Church, 873 State St, Vermilion. Pastor Jim Cooper will officiate. Obituary: Philip L. Fondy 3, 1935 - 10, 2015 Dayton, OH Philip (Phil) Lewis Fondy, age 80, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in his home on Oct 10, 2015. Phil was born in Pittsburgh, PA, the only son of the late Lewis J. and May T. Fondy. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Jacquelin Rae Rice Fondy. Phil graduated from Fairborn High School in 1952. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1957 and a Masters degree in Nuclear Physics. Phil was a Professional Engineer and made significant contributions to the field of chemical engineering during his long tenure with Dayton-based Chemineer. In 1986 he was the recipient of a Distinguished Alumni Award from The Ohio State University of Engineering. Phil had a long and fulfilling business career, serving in senior executive positions for major companies. etiring, Phil went on to start up and run his own successful business. Phil loved his family and his friends very much. Phil is survived by his son Timothy Fondy (Penny) of Westerville, OH; his daughter Karen Rohrbach (Terry) and her children Brandon, James and Jack of Columbus, OH; his son Michael (Ronnie) and his children Grant, Emily, Michael and Timothy of Dayton, OH; and his niece Debbie (Gordon) Ashley and her children Steve and Tiffany of Paducah, KY. Phil had special affection for his dear friends Donna Thompson, Barry Thomas and Dwayne Redwine and his lifelong friend Ivan Thompson. Phils favorite uddy was his dog, Jack. Phil was a long-time member of the Dayton Country Club and an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan. Phil was known and loved for his kindness and generosity and his quick smile and sharp wit. He contributed to numerous charitable organizations and made it a priority to help those in need. Visitation will be held on Oct. 14, 2015 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Tobias located at 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, OH 45429. The funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM following the visitation. Interment will be at Woodland . In honor of his late wife Jacquelin, Phil asked that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org; or PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718).
