Obituary: SHIRLEY MAY FRAZIER 1939 – 2014 Shirley May (Aldrich) Frazier age 74 of Plattsmouth, NE passed away peacefully on , 27, 2014 at her residence. She was born on 9, 1939 to Rolland Louis and Alma Jane (James) Aldrich near Cedar Creek, NE. Shirley was raised and schooled in Plattsmouth, NE and graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1957. She met the love of her life Howard Ronald Frazier and they were later married on 17, 1958 at the Presbyterian Church in Papillion, NE. She had worked at V.F.W. Post #2543 and later in food service at the Plattsmouth Middle School. Shirley lived in Plattsmouth all her life, except for twelve years when she and Howard had a home in Warsaw, MO. frequently traveled back and forth between Warsaw and Plattsmouth from 2002 to 2013. She was a member of Wesleyan Methodist Church and a lifetime member of Lepert Wolever V.F.W. Post #2543 Auxiliary both of Plattsmouth, NE. Shirley is survived by her husband: Howard Frazier of Plattsmouth, NE, daughter: Lori Stipe and husband Jay of Nebraska City, NE, son: Scott Frazier and wife Raylene of Plattsmouth, NE, four grandchildren: Amy Meinecke and husband Steve, Carrie Schroeder and husband Ryan, Heather Weaver and husband Allen, Andrew Frazier and wife Stacia, six great grandchildren: Josh Meinecke, Katie Meinecke, Ethan Schroeder, Mason Schroeder, Caleb Weaver, Ali Weaver, four sisters: Geraldine Aldrich and Lois McMurtrey of Bonner Springs, KS, Claudia Cullen and husband Kenneth of Massena, IA, Roberta Martin and husband Pat of Owensboro, KY, Renee Aldrich of Spring Hill, KS, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Rolland and Alma Aldrich and her two sisters: Dorothy Calhoun and Norma Elaine Aldrich. A Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., , 29, 2014 at Roby in Plattsmouth with Pastor Jon Haizlip officiating and Jacob VanSkike as vocalist. Visitations will be from 1:00 to 9:00 P.M., with the family greeting relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., , 28 at Roby . Obituary: HOWARD RONALD RON FRAZIER 1934 – 2014 Howard Ronald Ron Frazier age 80 of Plattsmouth, NE passed away peacefully on 21, 2014 at his home. Ron was born on 2, 1934 to Howard William and Lila Marie (Spicknall) Frazier in Roseland, NE. He was raised and schooled in Roseland and graduated from Roseland High School with the class of 1951. graduating from high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served his country during the Korean Conflict. serving in the Navy, he returned to Plattsmouth and began working for the Civil Service as a Heating and Air Conditioning Technician at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, NE. Ron met the love of his life, Shirley May Aldrich and they later married on 17, 1958 at the Presbyterian Church in Papillion, NE. Ron and Shirley made their home and raised their children in Plattsmouth. his thirty three year career with the Civil Service, Ron retired and he and Shirley spent ten years in Warsaw, MO and they later returned to Plattsmouth. He was a member of Wesleyan Methodist Church and Lepert Wolever V.F.W. Post #2543 both of Plattsmouth. Ron is survived by his daughter: Lori Stipe and husband Jay of Nebraska City, NE, son: Scott Frazier and wife Raylene of Plattsmouth, NE, four grandchildren: Amy Meinecke and husband Steve, Carrie Schroeder and husband Ryan, Heather Weaver and husband Allen, Andrew Frazier and wife Stacia, six great grandchildren: Josh Meinecke, Katie Meinecke, Ethan Schroeder, Mason Schroeder, Caleb Weaver, Ali Weaver, brother: Robert Frazier and wife Barb of Waverly, NE, two sisters: Luella Cushman and husband Earl of LaVista, NE, Donna Marada of North Carolina, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Howard and Lila Frazier and wife: Shirley May Frazier. She was born on May 23, 1932 to Marion Dalton and Mable Mae (Arnold) Rouse in Plattsmouth. Clarice was raised and schooled in Plattsmouth and attended Plattsmouth High School. high school, she worked as a waitress at Moms Café for a year and then at Phils Café for a year. She met and married Tom Morrison. Clarice was a wife, homemaker, and a stay at home mom. Clarice and Tom lived in many different locations while Tom was serving his country in the U.S. Army. lived in Plattsmouth, Fort Aberdeen, MD, Fort Riley, KS, Fort Carson, CO, Camp Hale near Leadville, CO, Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, then they lived in Germany. While the Morrisons were traveling on the boat to Germany, Clarice met Elvis Presley and she was able to get autographs for herself and her girls. living in Germany, they lived at Fort Leavenworth, KS, and they returned to Plattsmouth. Tom passed away in 1962. Clarice met Dayle Gene Frazier Sr. and they were later married on 22, 1963 in Papillion, NE. Clarice and Dayle made their home in Plattsmouth.
